Kieran looked after us well, even met us at the property with the keys and when he was away in the initial stages, Leon stepped in capably and helped us get our offer to the seller quickly. They did a good job and are highly recommended.

20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)It is hard to know where to begin. I found the attitude of the senior staff at the Banstead office to be arrogant, misogynistic and bombastic. Despite often making major errors such as leaving the back door unlocked after a viewing or leaving lights on in the house so when it got dark the house could be seen from outside or on one occasion leaving the list of the day's viewings for the agent with names, addresses, emails, key codes and price limits on my breakfast bar- there was little or no humility or apology but rather a feeling that they were always right. They tried to pressurise me into reducing the price after just 3 weeks despite it being the middle of August and when they gave information to my ex husband that was not helpful I phoned to state it had caused an issue and they said, "It isn't my fault you are going through a messy divorce". They lacked all compassion, care and professionalism. I will never recommend them or go into their office ever again. It is interesting to note that when the house did sell it was not them that showed them round but myself (as it was a Sunday) and if it hadn't been for the estate agent I was buying from (Andrews) being so brilliant chasing up and down the chain I honestly think we still wouldn't be moved now.

If it weren’t for you our chain would have fallen through so we are so grateful! Your communication and follow up was fantastic- would highly recommend using this team to sell your house.

She made the whole experience feel much easier from day one, always taking the time to listen, understand what we needed, and respond quickly whenever we had a question. Robbie was incredibly proactive and went out of her way to make things happen, from organising viewings around our availability to sharing advice and guidance that was genuinely useful throughout the process. We always felt kept in the loop and supported, and her friendly, reassuring approach made a real difference. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, and we really couldn’t have asked for better support.

From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. She was sure to return calls whenever she said she will, her communication was clear and her working style is agile — all of it made the purchasing process a lot more easier.<br><br>Petya is an absolute gem for the company and I'd 100% reccomend anyone looking to purchase a property to have their first conversation with her.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Tariq and Riccardo who were both professional and helpful on occasions we interacted. She and her team were committed, dynamic and enthusiastic and made us feel they really cared about their work and their clients. Highly recommend

The communication is clear, the management of viewings is controlled and the feedback is considered and always well received. My partner suggested we go with Paul Oshea and it was the best decision. I would most definitely recommend.
8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

15th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Jed Matthews.He was proactive from the start: he listened to what I was looking for and sent me properties that matched my searches, without me having to keep chasing. He was quick to respond, easy to deal with and made the whole process much less stressful. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent.

I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.

Fran, Natasha, Lauren and Carole have been nothing but professional, very good, clear communication and have expertly advertised my flat which is a tough sell. In fact, I bought the flat from them many years ago also. Additionally, they have also dealt with the rental management for nearly 10 years. They really are a friendly, upbeat bunch and would recommend them 100%!!!
19th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I have bought and now sold the same property with Daniel Adams over summer 2026. They have expert experience and local knowledge of the Coulsdon housing market. There was a very quick turn around from listing, open day to sale. They offer 360 videos of the property. They have a highstreet presence and assist with general advice, viewings and keyholding. I would definitely use their services in future

10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG

20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately we did not sell our house and have now relisted elsewhere.We only had one viewing .Goodfellows as a team were good and not their fault my house did not sell . However ,my real issue was lack of communication . A once a week call to tell us no viewings booked was not helpful and strategies should have been recommended /discussed . The photos of house were great mind you !
