21st Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Excellent service from Andrews Morden<br><br>Andrews handled the sale of our family property in Poplar Road, and I was very pleased with the service provided.<br><br>The sale wasn't entirely straightforward, with an initial buyer falling through and some complications along the way. Throughout the process, the team remained professional, helpful and persistent in getting things back on track.<br><br>Communication was good, and I appreciated their advice, patience and efforts in securing a new buyer and progressing the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling a property as part of a family estate can be particularly demanding, so having an experienced and supportive estate agent made a real difference.<br><br>Many thanks to the team at Andrews. I would happily recommend them.
4th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Samuel Estates – Colliers Wood<br><br>I rented a property through Samuel Estates, with Jade as our property manager. At the beginning of the tenancy, she came across as very friendly and helpful. However, when it came to the termination of our tenancy, it became extremely difficult to get in touch with her. Calls were often answered by different members of staff, and getting a clear response or resolution became incredibly frustrating.<br><br>The property itself was in a very poor condition. We were paying a significant amount of rent for what was, in my experience, a substandard property, including issues with mice and holes in the flat. For the amount of money we were paying, the overall standard was simply unacceptable.<br><br>The biggest issue came at the end of the tenancy when there was a dispute over our deposit. The agency initially refused to return our deposit, and we had to take the matter through TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) to fight for what we believed we were entitled to. We eventually managed to recover the deposit through the dispute process.<br><br>Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to do thorough research before renting through Samuel Estates, particularly regarding the condition of the property, communication during the tenancy, and how the deposit will be handled at the end.<br><br>I would not personally use this letting agency again.
8th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)A few months ago my partner had Robyn pop round to give me a valuation of my property,I felt he received unprofessional service and an unsettling prejudice from Robyn.<br><br>He hinted that he would find tenants we want specifically even hinting he wouldn't rent to tenants who cook certain foods, showing a complete lack of modern understanding.<br><br>Robyn was dismissive and tried so shrug off and change subject to different point but it made me feel uncomfortable that he picks and chooses he rents properties too, for some landlord they may like this but I felt it was unfair to tenants looking hence we went elsewhere<br><br>I’m sure the rest of team are fine but worth keeping in mind

They are a fantastic team of agents who are professional, proactive and genuinely care about their clients and getting the best possible outcome for everyone involved.<br><br>They are always approachable, responsive and great to work with. Communication is excellent, and they are very hands-on throughout the process, which makes such a difference when managing a sale through to completion.<br><br>It’s been a real pleasure working alongside them and I look forward to continuing to do so. A brilliant team and a great estate agency!

Communication and liaison with me, the buyers and the solicitors was excellent. I would highly recommend Goodfellows, Stonecot Hill.

8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.- 9th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I would recommend this Estate Agent , as the Communication was superb . After the flat being on the market for 11 months with no success, Martin got us an offer that we were happy with.<br>Martin filtered his buyers so that only people interested in the property came and viewed it, he understood our needs for our next move and how to position the property to get the price we needed.<br>Communication was great throughout.<br>We’d highly recommend
10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.
19th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I have bought and now sold the same property with Daniel Adams over summer 2026. They have expert experience and local knowledge of the Coulsdon housing market. There was a very quick turn around from listing, open day to sale. They offer 360 videos of the property. They have a highstreet presence and assist with general advice, viewings and keyholding. I would definitely use their services in future- 22nd Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Lamar was amazing throughout the entire buying process! By far what stood out for me is Lamar was never shy to go above and beyond to explain complicated processes or offer an opinion on concerns I had or how we would deal with them. He must be so incredibly busy but at no point did he make me feel like I was asking too much or that he did not have time - he made time for me and the seller and saw us all the way through to what was, by all accounts from my friends and colleagues, a surprisingly pain free and smooth sale.<br><br>Thank you Lamar!
22nd Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Selling through Ellisons in Raynes Park.<br>Carlos and all the team at Ellisons were efficient and enthusiastic when arranging viewings. Ellisons gave good advice when marketing our property. They were persistent and remained positive when our sale fell through due to problems with the buyer's related sale. They negotiated well when issues arose over the price. They chased solicitors, buyer and their related sale to keep progressing the sale. We would recommend Ellisons for a house sale in Raynes Park.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They helped us sell our flat, and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional.<br><br>Having had a disappointing experience with our previous estate agent working with Butlers was a breath of fresh air.<br><br>From day one, they were proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. They kept us regularly updated, stayed in touch without us having to chase, and openly discussed different strategies and options with us throughout the process. We always felt informed and supported, but never pressured into making any decisions.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Liam, who led our sale and has been absolutely outstanding. He is knowledgeable, professional, approachable and clearly takes real pride in his work. Equally, every other member of the team we dealt with was consistently helpful, friendly and professional.
