I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)When they are trying to get you through the checks and get the deposit, they are kind stop calling and emailing. Once you’re a tenant they don’t respond to emails resulting in me having to continually call and even go into the office to get matters responded to. It’s a bit chaotic and not very professional. When I was moving out I had people letting themselves in and out without letting me know even though I was still responsible for the property and paying the bills. Even my landlord said they had been a “.shambles”.they just want you to sign up and get the rent each month. Other than that, not bothered.
6th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!
