Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.

Choosing ZJ&B made the process much easier with their friendly, professional and supportive attitude. Not all went smoothly, but I was reassured and all questions were answered quickly by my agent.

Communication was excellent and I felt in very capable hands with Darren and Molly. I can't fault the service that they provide, especially as house selling can be very stressful but I didn't feel that at all. Highly recommend and thank you both so much.

24th Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

A “real person”, she was always there at the end of the phone or responding to messages, including outside of regular business hours - unlike my previous experiences of officious agents “not at their desk” or waiting hours for a return call. I cannot recommend her highly enough - her business ethics, efficiency, marketing and personal service are amazing. 5*
