Also there was quite a few problems near the end and if you hadn’t been for Matt going above and beyond, we would not be moving next week.

When we found our dream home we had absolutely exceptional support from Jayne with the Cheddar team (James and Leanne) providing additional assistance; nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was proactive in helping us get to completion. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend L&W when searching for your next property. Thank you all we are very grateful.

2nd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Housefox were really great and I would definately recommend.

31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

She also provided excellent recommendations for various services. Always contactable by mobile phone. She advised a higher sale price than other agents and we got this price. The all round service was excellent and Alison/Ashcombe fees were the lowest that I had received.
