22nd Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We were disappointed in the amount of interest they created. They do not seem to be proactive. We changed agents and saw an immediate upturn in interest, our property is now sold STC.
12th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Sample Mills gave me an excellent service with everyone who worked for them was very kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me excellent advice and even suggested services I may need. They have superb local knowledge and a good price for the house I was selling. I could not praise them highly enough and would recommend anyone to use them if they want a professional caring service.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Great assistance from Miller Town and Country. The Agent who met me, was early for the viewing which worked well as I was early too. There was no pressure from them at all and highlighted the very positive aspects of the property. However, it was not quite for me. Nonetheless, the Agents took details of my requirements and sent through further properties for me to consider.

His personal and continuous engagement ensured a positive outcome and I would say it has been a pleasure to have his support and guidance as we have navigated what appeared, to the uninitiated, to be a really complex process. 31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Strutt & Parker in Exeter, especially Isabel Clifton who did an amazing job. Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. Knight Frank - Excellence with the highest possible professional standards of integrity, trust and genuine care delivered by their Exeter Office team– notably Florence, Racheal, Leonie, Rebecca. In fact, the whole team. They found us two suitable buyers within a week! Their conduct was exemplary in terms of communicating, empathy, reassuring and reality – an estate agency which genuinely understands the emotions and needs of people as well as the practical aspects of selling homes. They are second to none – ‘Knights to be trusted' - professional decent agents who can effectively secure a sale with the least amount of stress. Communicating and engaging throughout the whole conveyance - always there. Keeping us informed. Knight Frank Exeter has a brilliant business ethos balancing, with integrity, the buyers and sellers’ emotions and needs to their own business purpose. To them customers really do come first. 9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)I sold my house with Chamberlains, achieving 2 offers at asking price within days of going to market. Zoe & Sam in the bovey tracey office were both friendly, helpful and efficient. I then made an offer on a property that was also on their books. I can honestly say that my experience of both a sale and a purchase were as stress free as possible. I would 100% recommend them and I wouldnt think twice about using them again in the future.
15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)It was a pleasure to work with the team at Fulfords Newton Abbot. The service was professional and honest. Viewing activity was well managed with potential buyers soon in place. Despite the initial buyers pulling out Fulfords were able to recover the sale with a second buyer, improve the offer and conclude the deal. At times communications were less frequent than I would have liked but given the complication of third party contacts it was understandable.

They were thoroughly professional and highly motivated to work towards the buyers' goals, demonstrating attentiveness and excellent communication skills throughout the process with all stakeholders. Their photographer was excellent, adaptable to my needs, and produced amazing photos while incorporating my direction. Luscombe Maye showed great attention to detail in my listing, always eager to get my input and work with me to meet my expectations, ensuring the best possible outcome. What truly stood out was their willingness to communicate at all times, even outside of regular working hours. They made sure the entire team was informed about the latest developments, so I never had to worry about ensuring someone was up-to-date if my primary agent was unavailable. The outcome of my flat sale was excellent because they were adaptable and worked closely with me, avoiding a cookie-cutter approach. I absolutely and catagorically recommend Luscombe Maye over any other agent in TONES to anyone looking to sell their property.
