10th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Called in on Wednesday to ask if they could print/copy me one piece of paper and I offered to pay for it...the young lady who came to my assistance was very nice and helpful but when she turned around for approval of this from her colleague,her revolting colleague turned round with a nasty face and said there a printers up the road and carried on working! What a disgusting revolting nasty women!

20th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Bunch of unprofessional racist guys specially a guy called Liam who doesn't have a clue of his job. Rented a flat in Sunbury at Priscilla House Flat 11. The place was supposed to be renovated but from day one the flooring was popping out.The cheapest boiler was installed which broke down every week and for the past two years was never repaired.Suddenly one day there was a leak in the bathroom and we and my sister cleaned it. Next day a plumber attended and was shocked to see WE ALIVE!!!!!!!as there has been a LIVE WIRE underneath the bathtub for the past Two years. Upon questioning the agency they and the owner gave a notice to leave the place without any explanation. Now the agency is holding our deposit back of £1445.00 and bulling us into paying for new renovation. It's been now more then 3 weeks they holding our deposit which is illegal as per the UK LAW Pleas think twice before doing business with such frauds.
5th Oct 2020 (3 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

This house and everyone from Parkgate Estate makes me feel warm, feel comfortable and safe every time when I get home. They are like family members who always help me and all tenants. Everyone from Parkgate and tenants, we respects to each other. Chris, Susannah and their team were all very kind and have fully responsible what they doing. They are Amazing team. I'm really lucky to have this landlord who used Parkgate Estate 's services. Strongly vote Parkgate Estate is NO. 1 the best of the best in UK.

25th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)When are you going to refund the deposit? Your staff told us that the deposit should be refunded last month. Never trust this company! Everyone should totally avoid this company. Update: David is so rude, you asked us to stop emailing you. We have to post here to get your response. You charged us almost £700 cleaning service fee to 1 little bedroom flat. Come on, you and landlord sharply increase rental rates and required to renovate the old bathroom when we were living there, you caused most problems. We rather donate £700 to charities and won’t pay even 1 penny to you! Please stop making up stories, just refund our deposit, we don’t even want to see your name again…

From the initial, straight-forward and honest first meeting and valuation, through to completion, it was a pleasure dealing with Russell, David and the team. Cantell are an independent estate agents that know the Richmond market well and provide honest advice. We would happily recommend and use Cantell again if we need to in the future.
