20th Sep 2024 (20 days ago)When you manage to speak to them they are nice but it is very rare you get hold of them.....after for one week been told that I would be contacted and I have to chase them all the time I can only say that this would not be my preferred Estate Agents to do business with.

19th Sep 2024 (21 days ago)Miles from Hamptons Estate helped us find a suitable flat to rent. At first glance, he was a very pleasant and highly competent advisor. What we particularly liked was his friendly, human manner. We never had the feeling that he wanted to force anything on us, but rather he always tried to empathize with our needs. That's what you want from an estate agent!

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

From Scott to Joanne and other staff , everyone helped and supported us during our house sale saga , now thankfully completed . We would recommend Curchods to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property , large or small, in this area. I worked with Dominic Murray who was very professional, courteous and proactive throughout the sales process. My overall impression of the company is that they combine a ‘traditional style’ of interaction with customers (extremely courteous, clearly aiming for high standards) while using the latest technologies for buying/selling and transaction management. My sales context was a challenging one and I felt every support possible from Dominic along the way. My sincere thanks to him. I strongly recommend John D Wood in Richmond.

He was at all times, attentive and non -pushy. He clearly wanted both the buyer and seller to get the best deal. Through Richards knowledge and patience,I finally found my ideal flat. It was a pleasure to deal with Richard and he was an ultimate professional, and showed real integrity at all times. I would highly recommend.

We dealt with Michelle who was extremely helpful in our purchase but the rest of the team including Stan and Cally were also great to talk to also once nearing completion. In trying to find tradespeople for conduct work on the property Mervyn Smith were excellent with their recommendations also which took off a lot of stress on our parts

Having gone through a large handful of different estate agents, these guys are by far the best of the bunch, and their customer service has been incredibly warm and honest. The Lettings Team is very efficient, helpful and pro-active from the first engagement. Indiana provide key advice on what to do to maximise the rental value and had her promotion strategy formalised the first time I showed her the updated property. Her strategy worked as the property was taken within three days of listing. Seven days later, all background checks and paperwork were complete. Greenwoods ensured everything was taken care of, landlord insurance, inventory, walk around with the tenants. I trust them to provide ongoing management of the property including collection of the rent. Great to deal with, can’t recommend them highly enough.

After trying three other estate agents with no success, Olivia found us a delightful young couple to buy our house and she kept with us despite various set backs right through to completion. One of the advantages of the way Laurels work is that it was Olivia who signed us up and showed the house and sorted out all the problems that beset the sale, which made it much easier for us to understand the progress being made, especially towards the end when we were abroad on holiday. Thank you very much Olivia, Jon and Anita.
