18th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)They manage the property above my house and they are useless. Their tenants are constantly littering in my garden and they refuse to get involved. The small 1 bed flat is occupied by many adults and children. Avoid at all costs.
15th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Avoid at all costs. They dealt with the conveyancing when we sold one house and would have done for the buying of a new one had we not sacked them first. They were slow and totally unproactive. At best they acted like an expensive post box. The final straw was when they "forgot" to hand over a significant deposit of tens of thousands of pounds we had paid to them for onward transmission to a major nationwide house builder as an essential part of the contract. This only came to light when I asked for confirmation of receipt of the money from the builder weeks after it was due but they said they hadn't received it. Initially I thought the builder was at fault but then a light bulb moment made me think it was Deans and who knows how much longer Deans would have sat on our money had I not proactively intervened. When I asked for an explanation Deans said "they weren't asked" for the deposit. Feeble. £200 compensation was nowhere enough for the stress caused. It was only by the exceptional customer service from the nationwide house builder that we didn't lose the house.
6th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I TOTALLY recommend this agent, especially Megan & Lee. We were selling my elderly parents house, and they dealt with the process with compassion and dedication. The photos / drone images were outstanding and the advert was incredible. Within two weeks we had two offers! Definitely an agent to be recommended!

30th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Initially I was really happy with the service the Lettings team provided, well actually, just Tony. I negotiated a reduced price for finding tenants thou what I wasnt told at this point is this would result in a very poor after sales service. The final tenant moved in a month ago and I am still waiting for the meter readings for four apartments plus some unsigned documentation, now waiting for a copy of thier complaints procedure. My advice....AVOID if you want a complete professional service.
19th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Brilliant letting agency. Very understanding about personal situations, always responds ASAP to any issues (if any!!) not had a single problem renting from Express Let we certainly will be long term renters. Brilliant set of people. Brilliant service, brilliant company.

The whole process from start to finish was professional & seamless. The team were always there to help if needed and provided regular updates without the need for any prompting. My sale was agreed and completed within the month, as requested. Living 200 miles away that struck a note with me as in all other regards the agents were saying very much the same things. I was very impressed with the speed at which things were moving and the communication I received.

14th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We were about 5 minutes late for a viewing because of the traffic when I managed to reach them on phone. I apologised and said we'd be there soon. They said the agent only waits 10 minutes, so they have to speak to him. After another 5 minutes they called me back and said the agent already left for another viewing. My wife was literally next to the house but as no-one was there,it was dark already and she didn't know which house it is without any lights. I told them it took us around 1.5 hours to get there with our 1yo baby and I don't think this is fair. We'd been still in the property even if we were on time. The agent finally came back and showed the house. He said he already changed his shoes as he was wearing a flip-flop because he went went home.
