24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

There was no hard sell and Nick’s experience of the property market was invaluable during the initial viewing period. Once the offer was accepted, the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Nick and Sophie, kept us informed throughout the whole process, communicating with what turned out to be quite a complicated chain. Without their investigative determination we would not have known what was happening. Thanks to their knowledge and guidance, we have completed successfully. Highly recommended! Thank you all at Oliver Ling - you have been an absolute pleasure to deal with!
29th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)My wife and I searched around a lot of other estate agents but decided on Rees Page because they seemed to be a lot less corporate than the other agents. To us anyway. Adam will work very hard for you and will always get back to you when you have any questions as will Cheryl. We cannot fault their professionalism. We highly recommend these.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

17th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We found the staff friendly and professional, and the service was reasonably priced. Being a local agent their knowledge was very helpful. They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.

She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
