They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

Being in the market for a while Iv dealt with many estate agents who keep all cards close to their chest and don’t really bother building a relationship with serious buyers. Nari was different he build a good relationship with me as a buyer and at the same time had the sellers interests first. He managed to balance the situation well. A very transparent estate agent no games nothing. Straight up good man. Would highly recommended.

3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.

The excellent photo set, virtual tour and drone footage primed the market successfully for a rapid sale.<br><br>With Gary conducting all the viewings, we felt unburdened, but nevertheless very well informed about potential buyers: when the offers came in this factor really came to the fore.<br><br>We would highly recommend Gary and the team at Remax.

We can’t thank them enough for their advice and insights regarding the property market and also for their very patient human-focussed approach! They manage to combine absolute professionalism with a very warm and friendly approach. Selling a home can be quite a stressful experience, and both Hamish and Amy were there to support and advise us, answering all our queries and keeping us fully updated from the beginning right through until completion, including organising the surveyor report and photographs. Once we were ‘live’ on the website we had viewings booked almost instantly and a sale agreed within a few weeks. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending the Perth office of Strutt and Parker to anyone wanting a smooth selling process with very personally tailored advice. She also explained market conditions and kept me up to date with all the relevant information. I very much appreciated all her hard work, be it in the daytime or evening. Maureen Anderson
3rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)All in all, I think I was expecting more than “just adequate” from such a large firm. I use another solicitor in the firm for my personal/business matters who performs on a much higher level than the property squad. There seems to be a lot of staff dealing with the booking of viewings, so a lot of of double calls/emails about individual viewing requests. A word file property questionnaire, which was completed at the start and emailed back, never seemed to be referred to. This led to being constantly asked to answer questions which could have been answered by checking it. Staff, however much they were briefed about my desires and needs for the sale of a post divorce renovate and sell (so a financial cut and run with a low end figure on my end of what I’d accept), could never take it upon themselves to act proactively on my behalf and it always seemed like I had to make the strategy as to how to go about the sale of a house. Communication wasn’t great around the time of the initial sale date and little came in terms of updates, especially as it was a weekend. I expected some information on the Monday. In the end I emailed on Wednesday to get information, all of which I thought I shouldn’t have to make the first move on.

Always had a very friendly and honest feel, particularly Maggie who has been in touch every step of the way. Lovely, professional and personal Estate agents.

She gives so much confidence while still being realistic and is just so on the ball. We were provided all contacts we needed and Anna was always there to answer questions and to help every step of the way while we sold and bought at the same time. She elevated so much stress and doubt and made it all happen so smoothly.<br><br>100% would recommend!
