Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. Thank you for all your hard work and for helping us through some of the highs and lows of life. ?????? Julia&Matt
13th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)I feel compelled to share my experience with Property Link, located at 448 Bordesley Green, B9 5NS, to warn others before considering their services. From the outset, the company demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism. Prospective clients are not given adequate time or support to properly review agreements before being pressured into signing contracts. Even more concerning, the fees charged prior to signing are excessively high and feel completely unjustified. Unfortunately, the situation does not improve once tenants move into the property. Any maintenance or repair issues are handled extremely poorly. Requests for repairs are either significantly delayed or outright ignored, leaving tenants in unacceptable living conditions. Communication is particularly frustrating, as calls and messages are frequently disregarded. The conduct of staff members is equally disappointing. Employees often come across as unapproachable, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. This creates an environment where tenants feel unsupported and undervalued. Overall, this company shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and consider alternative property management services. Not trustworthy and not recommended.

He gave a thorough explanation of the selling process and his excellent photographs facilitated a subject to contract sale within a week. All our dealings with Castle Bromwich branch have been exemplary. We would have no hesitation in recommending this agency.
22nd May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service. Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.

I needed a rental property and she considered my needs and urgency and within 3 days , I got the house. Brilliant team ???????? Sam was excellent at the paper work and made everything very simple and smooth. I am going to need them for my future property search definitely ???? Very reliable team and professionals of their words. I am very impressed with the service they provided for me and my family.

22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Carl Hemming – ‘Former Principal of Ginger Estate Agents’ ‘Your Local Property Agent Consultant at Martin & Co Solihull’<br><br>Our experience with Carl Hemming has been extremely disappointing and has resulted in significant financial loss, stress and emotional turmoil for our family.<br><br>We accepted an offer from Carl Hemming’s parents in November after being told the sale was “cast iron” and, based on that reassurance, we were encouraged to cancel further viewings. Unfortunately, seven months later the sale had still not progressed to exchange.<br><br>During this period we received regular assurances that matters were progressing and that exchange was imminent. Acting on those updates, we incurred substantial costs for surveys, legal fees and searches on the property we intended to purchase. In the end, the transaction failed, leaving us in a very difficult position.<br><br>It is our opinion that a genuinely independent estate agent would not have recommended accepting this offer in the circumstances, and certainly would have advised us to consider remarketing the property much earlier once it became clear that progress had stalled. We were left feeling that we had no independent guidance or realistic assessment of the situation.<br><br>We are also concerned about what we believe to be a potential conflict of interest arising from the relationship between the buyer and the estate agent, and we have submitted a formal complaint asking for this to be investigated. We are also seeking independent legal advice regarding the matter.<br><br>Perhaps most disappointing of all was the complete lack of any meaningful communication or apology after the sale collapsed. In our experience, both Carl Hemming and Martin & Co Solihull failed to provide the level of professionalism, transparency and customer care that we expected.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend not using Carl Hemming at all.

10th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Tom molloy is very professional and hardworking Estate Agent . From first meeting when he came to value our property right through to the very end of completion. We initially had other Agents booked to come and value our property , but after Tom molloy came we cancelled the others he knew his stuff and we were very impressed with how dedicated to his business he is.<br>From the time we agreed for Tom to market our property to it being advertised and first viewing booked was 24hrs. Sold within 9 days after numerous other offers. We have had a few issues from our buyers solicitors etc but Tom got straight on it and sorted out the issues and reported straight back to us.<br>Tom is transparent. Professional and very good at what he does.<br>Highly recommended
