The lady that handled my case was professional and polite as well. All the questions that I raised where answered promptly. I high recommend skill to anyone local.

19th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Property may have been overvalued and marketing improved as we reduced twice and it hasn’t sold with Billinghams so we’ve moved to a new agent for a fresh look. Agent was good, it just wasn’t working for us.

However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
