They (whole team) took the time to explain all our options and were always available to answer our 'silly' questions. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting us the best deal. 21st May 2026 (9 days ago)Currently a majority way through the sale and buy process of our house and verythig has been going smoothly (??????). All thanks to the agents. The house was online very quick and our mortgage advisor yasmin has been very helpful and gave us so many ways to understand and choose the best option for me and my partner. Only reason it havent give a 5 star i did have to ring a couple times to get a message passed on. But everything else has gone well so far and the staff have been very friendly and helpful where they can.

I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

13th May 2026 (17 days ago)I currently rent a home property through G&T and wanted to say that Molly Gregg at the DY5 office has been so helpful and kind. I contacted the office as I needed a supporting letter, Molly sorted this out immediately for me, she was super quick to make changes and helped me make sure I had the correct information. In general, G&T have been helpful and supportive. They allow us to have the house inspections on days that work for us, they were very patient and kind when we had a death in the household and are always quick to respond when requesting information. Thank you so much for your help!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

18th May 2026 (12 days ago)I had a very positive experience with the Oakmans Harborne Branch during the attempted sale of my flat. Although the sale didn’t complete for reasons outside their control, the service from the whole team was very positive. Under Alex’s leadership, the team is proactive, well?coordinated, and genuinely easy to communicate with. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and approachable. Tom valued the property and got it on the market quickly. Sophie was always warm and helpful in every interaction. Paul handled viewings efficiently and secured an offer fast. Sue worked incredibly hard with all parties to try to bring the sale to completion. Even though the sale fell through, I’m genuinely grateful for the team’s effort. I would happily recommend Oakmans Harborne team to others.
