2nd Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I have recently renteda property from Paul Dubberley in West Bromwich. I found the staff professional and friendly. I struggled with the tech side of how things needed to be completed. Chelsea Ullman was so helpful in assisting me. I was able to go into the office at short notice and she even offered to come to my house to help. I commend the service I have received which made my move which is a very stressful time much easier.

From the initial visit to the property being let out, everything went smoothly. Todd arranged viewings and the property was let within a week. He kept us informed throughout each step of the process and answered any queries we had, in a timely fashion.<br>He has also helped us on an existing rental, improving communications with the tenant.
19th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Amazing service! After being messed around and let down by other Estate Agents we were very sceptical of using an auction company and how this would go. I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

15th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)There was very little communication over a long period after phoning them again and again,despite no viewings taking place. The agent repeatedly asked me to reduce the price, claiming that a previous viewer had said the property was overpriced. However, there had actually been no viewings at all, meaning this feedback could not have been genuine. It felt as though advice was being given to me without any real knowledge or evidence about the property’s market interest.

15th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I would not recommend using Taylor Estate Agents based on my experience with them. The level of customer service I received was extremely poor from start to finish. Communication was a major issue throughout the process — no replies were received to emails, and getting any form of response often required repeated chasing. When contact was eventually attempted, it was still unhelpful and lacked any real detail or effort to progress things properly. Overall, it felt like there was very little interest in maintaining communication or supporting the client once initial contact had been made. Both negotiators I dealt with, Lauren and Fern, were particularly disappointing in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. Updates were rare, and I frequently had to chase just to get basic information. The whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. Compared to other estate agents I’ve used, Taylor Estate Agents are significantly below standard. There are far better agencies available that are more proactive, communicative, and reliable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using them, as the lack of communication and basic customer care made the entire experience frustrating and a complete waste of time.- 18th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I rented out a property through Dixons Quinton and Jaia was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process - would highly recommend!!

11th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I have nothing but praise for this company, I am a tenant with them and they have always dealt with my queries or maintenance issues efficiently and swiftly Hana from the maintenance department has been working so hard trying to get an issue resolved for me I cannot thank her enough. From the start through the application process the staff have always been so helpful and friendly and from settling into my new home to my recent one year inspection I have felt supported throughout. Both inspections I have had the staff that came into my home made me feel very at ease and were professional and friendly. I am very glad I chose to rent through g n t properties and I would highly recommend them to any tenants looking to rent.

Although our tenant pays the rent on time every month, this company delivers the rent to us with a significant delay. This month, it's been over 15 days and they still haven't sent the rent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them via email, I receive no response. Furthermore, they are not properly managing processes for us (such as municipal taxes and electricity bills), and because we are unaware of these bills, they have put us in a position where we may face legal action.

My contact Charlotte is absolutely fantastic often going out of her ways to help manage issues with tenants and getting property issues settled promptly at the competitive prices. Charlotte has a friendly approach which really helps.
1st Jun 2026 (26 days ago)We had planned to stay at one of their properties however it was trashed when we arrived, had drugs on the side and have had 0 help from the company. Ignoring messages and no reply since. When we initially got there the fob to access the building wasn't in the lockbox and no one replied to our calls our messages. Terrible experience and somehow even worse customer service.
