20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Been with this company 10 years pay them a fee joint 2017 and in 2023 i got a letter saying you owe 20 grabd for council tax the first tenant owed over a grand to council and i ended up paying that coz debr collectors came banging on the door.i told bobby i shudnt be liable he goes oh u win some u loose some i pay them a fee every month to get a service its not like im gambling .lately my payments not been on time so now iv got bad credit coz they never zrnt my rental mony to pay my loan.i never had this problem when suki eas working at love yr post code she was so good alwayz asked my permision if i wanted something fixing and alwayz provided plumber recpiets shr was so fast and promt and her calculations were always correct im very disapointed in the service im getting

6th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Overall I was satisfied with the service as Henley Charles sold my property relatively quickly. I was less impressed with the initial valuation which I felt was inflated. The property eventually sold for £30k less than the valuation they provided. Communication on the whole was good when I could get through to them but there were times when the phone just rang out. I feel a dedicated receptionist would be helpful to alleviate these issues. The team members were all personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Henley Charles to others as their fees are reasonable and the after sales process was very good indeed.

Nicole did everything she could to help me over this very difficult time. She was kind, efficient and extremely conscientious; she instantly understood the difficulty and contacted the people concerned immediately, dealing with them with impressive tact and diplomacy whilst ensuring the best result for me that she could.<br><br>I am extremely thankful to Nicole for dealing with this with such thoroughness, honesty and integrity which nowadays is quite rare.<br><br>I cannot recommend Nicole and the lettings department highly enough to anyone who requires property management or is a prospective tenant.- 1st Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Thanks Todd for the speedy process for our new house!!<br>Great service and keeping us updated ??????

I took time off work for a viewing, submitted all the requested documents within 30 minutes afterwards, at the asking price without even negotiating, and clearly explained that I needed to secure a place urgently.<br><br>Despite this, I was later told the property had already been let agreed. This happened to me repeatedly, wasting my time and even my annual leave. My credit history and background are good, and I had no issues with the checks.<br><br>They clearly do not value prospective tenants’ time. If you want a smooth and professional experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Very poor service.

The team is incredibly friendly, super approachable, and they genuinely take the stress out of being a landlord. Every time I've needed to get in touch, they've been quick to reply and always sort out tenant or maintenance issues with a smile. It makes a huge difference dealing with a team that is so warm, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend them to any property owner

24th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Raman and his team are very quick and efficient and great sub contractors as well in and out they get the job as soon as possible as well never let you down As per my review above, Raman and Jade went above and beyond to fix an issue for me and my family even Raman called and spoke to us on a weekend to update us on what’s happening and how soon it will be resolved, top top people to deal with and all round great service

When my boiler stopped working and when one of my taps failed they immediately sorted it. Those things are really important to me. Like really important. After six years of renting the landlord decided to sell his property. It’s only been through their support and flexibility that has enabled me to find a new home so quickly. Their staff are amazing and actually treat me like a human being and not just a tenant x

They kept communication open at every stage, from preparing the listing and handling viewings. Their local knowledge combined with our auction platform gave the property maximum exposure and a great result for the seller and the buyer who is hopefully moving into their new homes this year.<br>A true example of what agents can achieve by collaborating rather than competing. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
