I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.

Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. 20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
