They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!
8th May 2026 (16 days ago)I highly recommend Adams and Rose whether you're buying, selling or both. I recently helped an elderly friend downsize after a stroke left him with significant memory problems and Stuart was efficient, kind, friendly and incredibly patient. The market has been quiet but Stuart quickly arranged a stream of viewings and we had a choice of offers within a couple of weeks. A good offer from a well suited buyer was quickly accepted and Stuart kept on top of the whole chain quietly clearing issues and helping things along until exchange and completion. His compassion in dealing with random phone calls from my confused friend went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for that too. It's hard to find a truly independent, family run, local estate agent who hasn't been swallowed up by one of the bland national conglomerates, but look no further. Adams and Rose are the agents you need.
8th Dec 2025 (24 weeks ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!

19th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

11th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

23rd Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)Fantastic experience with Lloyd Young Homes both as a seller and buyer! Lloyd is exceptionally professional and provides a highly personal service. I particularly appreciated his genuine and authentic approach which is a rare find amongst your other “high street” agents. Realistic and sound advice, he really knows and understands the market. We felt our property genuinely mattered to him and for that reason we would come back to Lloyd Young homes again and again.
26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

From the outset they were professional, friendly and did a great job of managing the sale of our house. Despite a few hiccups along the way, we couldn’t have chosen better agents to handle it all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and we’ll highly recommend to all.

Ella not only helped us find a tenant but as a new landlord, she also took the time to educate me on processes and procedures. She was always on hand to answer my questions including providing her expertise and contacts pertaining to local utility firms. I feel like in her I have a real term partner that I can turn to in all of my rental matters now and in the future. Cannot recommend Berkeley’s and Ella enough!
