25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)From start to finish, Jess & Clare were the guardian angels we needed when selling our lovely little first home and buying our forever, family one! I found out I was pregnant a day or two after we had our house valued and couldn’t keep my gob shut, so told Jess almost immediately! She was so kind and helpful, always checking in and doing her absolute best to get us moved in before baby arrived. Despite literally everything taking AGES, Jess and Clare both absolutely battled for me and my husband and got us moved in when I was 38.5 weeks pregnant. Enormous and bloated, but still buzzing and running around like an idiot when I was presented with the keys.<br><br>Honestly, these two and all of the Your Move Wigton team helped in so many ways, we will forever be grateful. (Oh and I went into labour with baby less than 48 hours after moving in!)

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We recently began renting a property through your agency. Unfortunately, on the second day of our tenancy, the landlord admitted to H and H agents that he had looked through our windows—an act that constitutes a serious violation of our right to privacy. Following this incident, we mutually agreed to end the tenancy early. However, we have been informed that a full month’s rent will be retained, with the explanation that the landlord’s actions were merely "a quick peek" and therefore not a cause for concern. Regardless of how brief the intrusion was, any unauthorized observation into a tenant’s private space is entirely inappropriate and unacceptable. According to the terms of the tenancy agreement, landlords must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before entering or inspecting the property. If there are concerns regarding the condition of the property, the appropriate course of action is to use the security deposit—not to violate a tenant’s privacy. In our case, the deposit was returned in full. While we acknowledge that we painted the walls without permission to high standard and neutral white colour, this does not in any way justify the landlord’s actions or the withholding of a month’s rent. Due to the seriousness of the privacy breach, I have reported the matter to the police, as it may constitute a criminal offence. I will also be pursuing the matter through civil court to recover the withheld rent. The response from your agency has been disappointing. In particular, a member of your staff, Shirley, laughed when I expressed discomfort over the landlord’s behavior. This dismissive attitude only adds to the distress we have experienced. A Complaint is ongoing but the agents to not seem to have the time to respond within a few days.. Renters deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity as homeowners. Owning a property does not entitle anyone to disregard the legal and ethical boundaries that protect tenants’ rights , we are not second class citizens..- 8th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Good comms and friendly helpful team. Learning point for us in selling in future was the first valuation was higher than other agents had valued the home as and, in hindsight, we probably should have questioned that more as we ended up over time needing to knock a chunk of money off and think we’d have sold the house much quicker if the valuation had been closer to what we ended up selling the house for

8th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Lune Valley Estates took over the sale of my partners house after having no luck with previous estate agent. Rob said he could sell in exchange for an toblerone from duty free and he did just that. He took ownership of what to do next, sorted out the photographer who was absolutely amazing at his job and the photos proved that! My photos received 100s of comments. Rob is Efficient, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, often going out of his way and out of “working hours” to support.<br>We dealt with Rob direct but on occasion did liaise with the rest of the team at LVE who were equally as friendly and helpful.<br>If I was to sell again I would 100% ring up Rob and ask him to support.. and yes, I’d ring him direct. Can’t thank Rob and his team enough for enabling me to start a new chapter after 20 years! Moving isn’t for the faint hearted but Lune Valley Estates made it bare able and smooth even though at times it was bumpy.<br>Thanks again Rob and Team!

The whole process of selling our property was managed professionally and courteously and the many set backs suffered (through no fault of themselves) were dealt with efficiently and considerately. They are all very professional and personable and were prepared to "go the extra mile' to help make the experience as painless as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Always available, I don't know how she has any time to herself. Great advice and communication between ourselves and the buyer got things done smoothly. Dan was also fully up to speed on the rare occasion when Katrina couldn't pick up. These guys really put the effort into selling your house.
