I highly advise that no one uses this estate agent?- 5th Jun 2026 (16 weeks ago)Went to 5 estate agents initially but chose to commission Darlows after a confident pitch from their lead agent. We doubted the valuation but were assured due diligence had been conducted, so we went with their expertise. Within 2 weeks, the person we had been dealing with left and we were asked to reduce the price by £25k. Photographs were poor and we had to have a second set created. For the 20 week period of the contract, we only had 1 viewing but the marketing report showed 2 as they counted the visit of the photographer being a visit. The 1 viewing we had, the estate agent asked if the house was listed in front of the potential buyers, which showed à lack of market knowledge, which left us lacking any confidence moving forwards. The 2nd person who acted as our contact has now left the branch and once our contract ends we’re looking to commission a new estate agent. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience and sadly, we can’t recommend Darlows to anyone.

5th May 2026 (21 weeks ago)We worked with Paul Davies initially to discuss marketing our bungalow. He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The experience and local knowledge of the staff at Jeffrey Ross resulted in a quick sale for us. Very pleased!
7th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
18th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property. Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord. They are very knowledgeable and i would recommend them both.
28th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Leslie was very helpful and great communication. They have the lowest fee and no tie in period so would recommend for those on a tight budget but still want good service.

10th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)Have sold an inherited property and rented with Ferriers. They work with heart and integrity and have made both experiences with them easy. The integrity of an estate agent really does matter and these guys are miles ahead of competitors. They are supportive and have made stressful times more bearable. Should I find myself looking for a property in the future then Ferriers will 100% be my first port of call. She didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what would maximise my chances of selling at a good price. I followed all her advice and sold at a better price than I’d dreamed of.

13th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Fine and Country we’re absolutely exceptional in every way. Charlene and Alice were both welcoming, understanding, professional, helpful … the list goes on. We had a very difficult buying and selling process that lasted many months with ups and downs but if it wasn’t for Charlene and Alice’s persistence, help and guidance we wouldn’t got it over the line. We’re extremely grateful for all they’ve done for us. They went above and beyond and we love our new home. I cannot give enough praise and this review doesn’t do justice to how great they’ve been throughout the whole process. Diolch! Thank you very very much!

1st Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.

I had a few problems my end and they were so understanding and communicated to both parties throughout the process. I can not thank them enough and I would definitely recommend this estate agents, they are a breath of fresh air
