We had Nick value our property and within the week we had not only sold ours but found and accepted offer on our dream forever home too. 2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Amazing Service! Lola showed us round multiple times on different occasions at first which you do not see much with EAs so that was very helpful. After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)
18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
