12th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Zoe Napier advertising triggered multiple viewings. However the initial prospective buyers were matches for other styles of property. Once this was acknowledged Zoe Napier changed the advertising words, the pictures were already sensationally good. The right words triggered even more viewings, this time real perspective buyers for our property. Once the words were changed the valuation was spot on. A sales has been agreed and Zoe Napier progress chasing has been very effective. There are 10 prospective buyers waiting to see if the sale completed.
30th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I trusted this estate agency to provide accurate and reliable information when viewing and proceeding with a property purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I was shown the property, I was told three key points that significantly influenced my decision to proceed: • That the flat had an allocated parking space • That the leasehold was 999 years • That residents contributed to a joint building insurance policy After several months of progressing the purchase and paying substantial solicitor fees, it became apparent that all three of these statements were incorrect. There was no allocated parking for the flat, the lease was under 150 years rather than 999, and there was no existing joint building insurance policy. Each time I raised these issues with the estate agent, I was simply told that the information had been provided incorrectly by the seller and that they apologised. While mistakes can happen, these are material facts that should have been verified before being presented to a buyer, particularly as they directly affect a purchaser’s decision-making. The process was stressful, costly, and ultimately ruined my trust in the agency. Buying your first home should be an exciting experience, but being misled on multiple fundamental aspects of the property made it extremely disheartening. I would strongly advise future buyers to ensure all key details are confirmed in writing and verified early in the process.
21st Feb 2024 (2 years ago)I have had the pleasure of Andrew helping and supporting me with my rental through riverside estates. I have never dealt with an estate agents like riverside, they are helpful and very supportive throughout the whole process, which isn’t always common in today’s climate, they care about their clients first. Andrew has been there every step of the way, even with my annoying continuous phone calls and emails, never a question being too small. I am grateful for all Andrew and riverside estates have done whilst moving into my first home.

19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

2nd Jun 2023 (3 years ago)I was very disappointed with the lack of any interest in my property. I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.- 22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.

Highly professional, extremely efficient and always exceptionally good at keeping us updated with any necessary information. They are both so easy to approach and were able to help with any issues speedily and efficiently. Extremely grateful for all their assistance over the 10 years we have known them.

3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Dear Sirs Re CEO/Property Manager @ Admiral Taverns Please find enclosed previous emails i have sent to Tom Nicols at everard cole re purchasing the above name public house. I have liaised with him for a few weeks and after having to chase him up i had a viewing at the property. I put an offer in,& again had no reply to calls or emails re the offer so i withdrew the offer. I did then manage to get hold of him and put a higher offer in again no reply, so chased him again, finally he got back to me and i replied with how i would propose my offer and conditions, 100% wanted the property as you can see from the enclosed emails but its been over a week now and he still has not bothered to reply,& again i emailed him last friday to just at least let me know and still no reply!!!?????????????????? I just wanted you to know thats how potential buyers are being treated by him and Everard Cole. Very unprofessional and disappointing as how many other buyers are being treated this way by Mr Nichols ? Im sure Admiral Taverns deserve the best professional business agency possible for their property sales, but it certainly has not happened in this case. Yours Sincerely have to say how very disappointed and disgusted i am at your very unprofessional business manner and your total disregard for replying to potential clients wishing to purchase properties through your company. AND C/O Mr T Nichols Everard Cole Its been a week since i emailed with a proposal and 4 days since i emailed asking for some clarification neither of which you have bothered to reply to and that after me having to previously chase you up too. For you not to even have the decency to reply shows how unprofessional your company is. Clients waiting to hear from you or trying to make business decisions are treated appallingly, and i have passed on my disgust to both Mr Chris Jowsey and Mr Andrew Hallam at Admiral Taverns and to make them aware of the inept service you are practising towards potential buyers of their properties.. Please do not bother to reply to me at all as there is nothing you can say to justify your incompetence..????????????

Nothing was too much trouble for them and all the viewings were completed by the agent. Andrew, Daryl and Cheryl were always contactable and kept me fully informed of progress. I totally recommend this company.

5th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .
24th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)Very poor property description initially - evidently no research of the area undertaken and lack of property features included as well as some inaccurate information used. Having given some pointers of the positives of the property and locality, they basically used all of my wording resulting in having described the property ourselves and providing the sales pitch for them. No communication whatsoever in 3/4 months. No signs of additional effort other than listing on basic sales sights (eg rightmove etc) Different advice given by different staff members. Request for partial refund of advertising fees completed ignored after complaint and subsequent dis-instruction, we didn’t even receive a reply or acknowledgement of this.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
