1st Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.
6th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)The sale of Whirlow House was the sale of my family home of 48 years after the death of my second parent. We’d moved in, from another house in Kirby Muxloe, when I was 7 years old. Although I had moved out many years previously, the processing and clearing out of the house was a hugely emotional- not to mention physical- ordeal. I really needed an estate agent who ‘got it’ and got what it meant to me. Alex Broadley, who I did not previously know but I had seen flyers/cards for, was one of several estate agents I considered for the selling of Whirlow. It had to be Alex- he presented well and additionally, being Kirby Muxloe born and bred himself, he had unbeatable interest in the history and selling of the houses in this village especially, and crucially, he ‘got’ me. And Whirlow. And he had an accurate eye for potential buyer interest. He was also very astute and considered in dealing with my many queries. Alex made a hideous situational sale manageable and bearable and I cannot overstate the importance of that to me.

Marketing was really good: the house was on their social media platforms and on Rightmove. I couldn’t recommend them more!- 4th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have found our Agent Miranda Menzies to be very helpful, hard working, professional and feel we would not have sold our property if it was not for her. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

30th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Just moved into a new property yesterday in Warwick and couldn’t really ask for more from the team at Belvoir Leamington Spa. Tracey and Kerri were responsive, polite and thoroughly professional throughout, getting us feedback from the landlord on our queries in no time at all! Great online systems for referencing and inventory etc making the paperwork stage a doddle! I’ve rented through 7 agencies over the years and I can confidently say this has been the most pleasant and efficient experience so far! Every faith they’re well equipped to manage the property and support us throughout our tenancy if needed!

10th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We had booked a viewing in advance for a 2-bedroom terraced house on Portland Place West, Leamington Spa. When we arrived, the agent unlocked the property and let us in, but remained on his phone throughout the viewing. There was no introduction, no walkthrough of the property, and no attempt to answer questions or engage with us. We were effectively left to view the property on our own and left shortly afterwards without any meaningful interaction. Unfortunately, this came across as unprofessional, no respect for our time and did not provide the level of service we would expect when attending a scheduled property viewing.

27th May 2026 (22 days ago)We don't leave many reviews but selling your home as everyone knows is stressful , throughout the whole process James was professional, calming and and at every stage reassured us of the sales progression . On a personal note James is a lovely guy and is passionate about your property and property in general , he has brilliant local knowledge and he does the viewings himself which is critical as he becomes very knowledgeable about your home and you are not getting multiple people doing the viewings who aren't totally invested. We highly recommend James as your estate agent it's an easy five stars from us Paul & Carol ?????
