30th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We rented a house from Antony. He was a professional, kind, and very helpful. We were happy with the service throughout. Whenever we had any issues at the property, he sent an engineer promptly and sorted them out on the day. We lived in another rented property before, but their maintenance system was the best. We have never had that high quality of service from any other estate agency. After we left the property, we coincidentally met him and saw him helping people. This tells you how kind he is. We recommend Fine Homes to anyone looking for a good property in Warwick. Thank you :)
1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)I have had an EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience with Tucker Gardner, and based on my experience, I would NOT recommend them.<br><br>When I initially arranged the tenancy, I was primarily dealing with Richard and Georgia, who were very helpful, responsive and proactive right up until the point I agreed to the tenancy and paid my deposit. Unfortunately, the level of communication and support changed significantly afterwards.<br><br>I was given the room in an unacceptable and, in my view, uninhabitable condition. The room had clearly not been properly cleaned and was full of dust. The bed provided was ripped and stained, and there were concerns regarding what appeared to be an infestation. After raising my concerns twice, I was promised that the room would be professionally cleaned and that a new bed would be provided on the 04th of August (5 days after my tenancy started) Despite these assurances, when I returned from work on the 4th August, none of this had been done. I had to repeatedly chase the agency for the next couple of days, and on one occasion I was told by a member of staff that they were new and would call me back after speaking to someone who could help. I never received that call back either.<br><br>The situation was very difficult as I had just relocated to Cambridge for a job and did not have a place to live, and on top of that had an injury, and had to make alternative arrangements to stay and commute while trying to resolve the situation as Tucked Gardner was unbothered and unresponsive.<br><br>Eventually on the 7th of August 2026 I received an email stating that I’d be relieved from the tenancy effectively. As I was away at the time, I returned the keys on 10 August.<br>It is now 1st of September and I have still received neither my rent refund nor my deposit.<br><br>I have tried calling the agency multiple times and have also emailed them, but have received no response. On 22 August, I finally managed to speak to someone named Henry, who told me that he was not aware of what had happened. He said he would speak to the relevant people and that I would be contacted by phone or email later that day. Despite this, I have received absolutely no follow up and nobody has contacted me since.<br><br>I have also already initiated the process of releasing my deposit through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, but I have still not received the money.<br><br>What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and accountability once I had signed the tenancy and paid my money. The initial level of service gave me confidence, but the experience afterwards was completely different.<br><br>I understand that issues can sometimes arise during a tenancy, but what matters is how an agency responds to those issues. In my experience, I was repeatedly left chasing for basic communication, promised call-backs that never happened, and am now still waiting for money that I was told would be returned to me nearly a month later.<br><br>This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a letting agency. I would strongly recommend anyone considering renting through Tucker Gardner to carefully consider the level of support they may receive once the tenancy is agreed and payment has been made.

The staff were very friendly and helped with any queries I had, whilst keeping me up to date with the process and what was required. I really recommend them :)

Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. We wpuld thoroughly recommend recommend Marcus and Life Investments Estate Agency.

We where a tenant for multiple years and the service was above and beyond.<br>Everything always dealt with on time and any query responded to quickly.<br>Sandra dealt with us for many years and was absolutely brilliant. When she moved across from the letting team Sylvia picked straight up with us and had been just as good.<br>Great company, highly recommend.

The whole process felt very smooth from my side, which isn’t always the case when buying a house.<br><br>Really pleased with the service and would happily recommend Matt and Crabb Curtis.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

So we had him back to sell our family home,which we’ll be moving out of in 3 weeks time. This sold in 6 days. I’ve no doubt this is down to his knowledge and hard work,but also being on hand to answer Any questions ,and guiding us through the whole process was invaluable! Would certainly recommend.
