They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). Thank you!

3rd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I have just bought a house through Lovetts in Leamington Spa. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge that Jas Bagri and Ryan Kros were great. They went over and above with what was at times a difficult process with the vendor. Always positive and patient and very communicative. I could not recommend them more highly!
1st Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.

Our sale should have been a straightforward one, but it ended up being a bit testing at times! Thankfully Philippa was always at the end of the phone chasing up solicitors and keeping us posted, if it wasn't for her we would probably still be in limbo! Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

I have been using this company for at least eight years and I can say all my experiences have been top class. I have dealt with Grant and Mark Wadsworth in particular but all the staff I have had contact with in particular the the two I have named have been friendly, helpful, very informative and professional. I fully recommend them and this company. One very satisfied customer

The agents I spoke to, as they were about to show people round, John and another lady, were delightful to chat with. The listing was efficient and rapid, very accurate drawings and description. I felt that the team knew us, cared about our sale. I felt that they were particularly trustworthy. Its clear they also cared about the buyers. Margetts have a very distinctive personality, I would definitely use Margetts again, and would recommend to anyone in and around Warwick.
