Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.

11th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Browne Estates, particularly Ian and Jo. They recently sold my flat in Bromley. Communication was really good, I was kept up to date on the progress and they went above and beyond in regards to assisting with issues, questions and communication between myself and the buyer. My solicitor was dragging their heals so really appreciate everything they did to get the sale over the line.

23rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.

22nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!
26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Verbally confirmed that i had a room, awaiting move-in date/paperwork and then cancelled it on me 4 days later. Really helpful. Tina(director) dealing on behalf of her son so possibly conflict of interest in dealing professionally on the matter.

20th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)From day 1, Kalpesh gave me the assurance that a first time landlord would need, he was a confident, knowledgable and friendly agent that I turned down offers from the other agents without hesitation. The whole process of finishing tenants, referencing and check in took less than two weeks and while I was travelling! Kalpesh did a great job finding tenants that I’m really pleased with.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.

As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
18th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
