Spoke to an extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful member of staff Called Sue, who works in the Commercial Department.
I do not know how this lady can even take phone calls with her tone, she was so abrupt.
Instead of trying to help assist your question, all i kept being told was to call back.
By far the best agent i have ever had to deal with from the start of the process they were absolutely incredible with robert coming out to value my property. He was not the cheapest agent we had out but he made up for this with world class service. This was then followed up with a welcome instruction call from the branch manager ronnie who introduced himself and introduced me to the sales negotiators who were phil and chaice. Phil was put in charge of the sale of my property and done a superb job however chaice was always on hand when phil was unavailable. We ended up getting the perfect result we was looking for and i couldnt recommend these guys any higher if i tried. Will definitely use haart again if i ever go to sell.
I would never ever use this company again. We had problems when we sold our house due to lack of communication then when we started renting a property through them they took our deposit, we moved into a dirty home which they were supposed to be managing and did nothing about. We had no working boiler for nearly 2 months but we got nowhere as long as they still got the rent, they didn't care. We left the property on the 5th November and we should of got our deposit back but according to Haarts it has nothing to do with them and it was up to my old landlord and he lives in Australia. Haarts done know their arse from their elbow when it comes to managing a property they just past the buck onto someone else. We are now dealing with citizens advice to try and get our money back. It shouldn't be used doing this, it should be down to Haarts.

Very unprofessional. 0 for customer service, infact no service was given, rude on the phone. when you go for a viewing nobody turns up, when you call them they say the flat has been sold. They a lie comes from them that there has been 2 voicemail and a email sent over.............dont know to whom as I did not receive anything. then the colleague supports the person lieing. Till now no email no voicemail.
Stay away from them.
I would recommend Hunters to every person thinking of selling a property. When I called Hunters, the team were really friendly from the valuation with James to the viewings with Satveer I was constantly updated and informed about what was happening could not recommend enough.
