19th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Sold my property through Robinson Jackson and both Andrea and Margaret were amazing (progression team), chasing every which way they could as we had a long complicated chain. They both went above and beyond in securing our exchange and completion. Not that I ever want to move again but if I did I would definitely use this estate agent again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know who wants to move. Thank you again, its been a pleasure working with you.

I had struggled with this process since I had returned to the UK after being overseas for a long time and had to settle back 'into the system'. Many estate agents were unhelpful, not responsive and just generally not providing the assistance and support I hoped for. When I walked into Your Move Bexleyheath for the first time, I sat down and briefed the staff member about my circumstances, and she was quick to take my details and explain a little re the requirements and process. My appointed agent was Maya Jacobs. She was friendly, proactive, helpful and most of all listened. I managed to find the property I was looking for and the whole process was clear and smooth. Any concerns I had were addressed and I was not worried at all. The overall experience was easy and I am so grateful to Maya for all her help. Hats off to the Your Move team in Bexleyheath, by far the best service I have received out of the many many bad experiences I have had, and at the same time they managed to find the place that was exactly looking for.

She was very kind to me and knew exactly what I needed. She showed up everytime and offered practical advice. I rate her 5 stars. The whole process was smooth and kept up to date with progress . Lisa Harris has an extensive experience on the property sales and rental properties. I highly recommend them and would definitely will use them again in the future.

If you want a team of proactive people then sadly this isn't what you will get. They are happy to take a monthly fee but when work needs doing you can forget it.

Mandy provided guidance when needed and chased solicitors on my behalf, Faye’s persistence helped my exchange and completion go through all in the same day. Chalk Street have proved that you don’t need to spend extra hundreds of pounds to sell your property.
3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Never ever let from Chase Evans. The apartment I let had 2 faulty switches which caused multiple electric shock incidents. I complained to my property manager Danish twice after this. I eventually decided to move out of the property because they are not responsive. Adriana in the office told me that Danish is no longer working in Chase Evans and he did not communicate your issue before he left. When I called Adriana's manager, he told me that Danish never left Chase Evans. He just moved teams. Now when I call to ask for my deposit, Adriana never takes the call and ask her colleague to pick it. I don't know her name but she very rudely cuts the phone without giving me the information I need. I am filing a case against them now. Worst experience I ever had dealing with letting agents. Would not recommend at all.

I would highly recommend wisdom estates if you are looking to receive good communication, reliability and proactivity throughout your transaction.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Staff were always positive, despite having a long 10 month wait which was down to vendors. Lovely little goodie bag received on completion.

At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us. Dan himself was extremely professional, honest, and attentive throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.
