28th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We, my brother and I, would like to thank the staff at the Dartford branch for their help, expertise, professionalism and understanding of our needs, in the sale of our late fathers home. We took their advice to go to auction which proved to be a great decision....infact, the property did'nt even get that far...it sold when the auction pack was put into the public domain!! From start to finish the whole process lasted about 3 months. Initial form filling and questionaires was straightforward and then the wait for contracts to be exchanged at the end.<br>Once again, thankyou for your services.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!
25th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Having decided to sell our rental flat McConnells, who had always handled the renting for us, really came up trumps with advice on the sale, from organising all the expenditure on the property prior to putting it on the market to liaising with prospective purchasers and solicitors throughout the process. Their help was invaluable.. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

He is without doubt one of the most professional estate agents we have ever dealt with. His patience, expertise, and guidance were invaluable from start to finish.<br><br>Every stage of the process seemed to bring a new challenge, largely due to complications involving one of the parties, yet Jeremy remained calm, proactive, and supportive throughout. I genuinely can't believe how patient he was, always going above and beyond to keep things moving and reassure everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Jeremy for his dedication and perseverance.<br><br>I would also like to recognise the rest of the team, who were fantastic throughout the process. They are incredibly attentive, and made you feel as a customer that they can be relied upon to provide a first class class service at all times. 22nd Oct 2026 (13 days ago)An all-round great experience.<br>From my initial meeting with Chris when marketing and listing my late mothers retirement flat through to Liam and Holly coordinating viewings and Alyson fully in control of sales negotiations, the team at Fox Estate Agents have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air.<br>Because of the small family run nature of the business, and unlike other agents, when you call or email Foxes you speak to the team who know exactly who you are and the state of your property transaction. If there is something that they don’t know about your transaction or you have a request, then they find out and call you back! You are always welcome to visit the office to discuss matters face to face which is refreshing.<br>Alyson was calm and reassuring during a particularly long and arduous sales negotiation stage and was proactive in providing helpful progress and coordination updates, particularly with solicitors, which reduces the stress and soothes even the bumpiest of sales and purchase processes. She’s not afraid to ‘bump heads together’ if required – even on her days off!<br>Knowledge and experience of the local area and their professionalism sets Foxes apart from other agents. I will be appointing Fox Estate Agents on my next property sale and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about their own sale or purchase.<br>Thank you all so much to the whole team.

Please be aware when dealing with this agency and their landlords ( who apparently never reply to them but are responsive when signing new tenants) . They will keep your deposit for months and months but will have no problems taking deposits from next tenants ON THE SAME PROPERTY .<br><br>we have been quiet for 2 months but these guys have been holding our deposit despite no issues with check out reports.<br><br>Your agents should be explicitly clear from start IF you agency doesn’t like to release deposits on time .

From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services. To us it's the little things like the telephone always being answered, emails and Whatsapp messages being anserwed very promptly. Thank you once again to Dan and his wonderful team.
