Staff are helpful, they get busy sometime, prices are bit extra as compare to others.
This was the first property I rented out on my own and initially Lewis dealt with showing me around. He was very polite and professional and explained everything to me so that I could understand as the majority of things I had no clue about!
He was very quick and efficient when dealing with all of my paperwork applications and references with no issues or complaints from him. He was always happy to help and I'm really grateful to him as he did a wonderful job of finding me the perfect place.
Darya dealt with my check in and again was so lovely to meet. She arranged for me to check in on a Saturday due to my work commitments and I was so happy they could accommodate my situation otherwise I wouldn't have been able to move in for a few more weeks. She explained very clearly where everything was in the property and helped me out a great deal.
These two employees were a pleasure to meet and helped me so much with anything I needed.
I did however have an issue with the cleaning standards of the property as this wasn't done by the maintenance team but again both of these guys took the matter forward for me and sorted this out.
Aside from this I have no complaints about either of them but I have had some issues with choosing my supplier for broadband as I was not informed I had no choice and this had to be through virgin. Kim is currently discussing this with the landlord and apologised that she was not informed this was the case and not being told at the start of my tenancy. This is currently being looked into but aside from this I've had no other issues
Can't make it clear enough how grateful and happy I am with both Lewis for finding me the perfect place and darya for accommodating my needs to move in on a Saturday when normally they can't do this. Thank you so much to both of you!

Avoid! Bullish sales techniques.... weekly phone calls telling me my price needed dropping & that was why I wasn’t selling. Gave my property to Haarts to sell & 3 weeks later sale ageeed for £4,000 over my asking price. The brand is the only reason people will call these guys because there knowledge & customer service is beyond a joke.
Spoke to an extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful member of staff Called Sue, who works in the Commercial Department.
I do not know how this lady can even take phone calls with her tone, she was so abrupt.
Instead of trying to help assist your question, all i kept being told was to call back.
I recently moved out for the first time from my parents, it was all very scary and new but I found the perfect little starting point and found a flat in Dartford advertised by Livermores, The first meet to view the property was arranged and the Estate Agent turned up on time and they were really helpful in showing us the property and explaining how things worked. After we went to Livermores, paid the deposit passed the referencing we was designated our own Property Manager Stacy she was fantastic with us even when we had a few teething problems I always felt I could drop her an email or a phone call and she would come straight back with help or an answer or even a friendly reassuring chat. Unfortunately after a few months the flat did not meet our needs. Stacy tried her absolute hardest to find us somewhere else, was great with contacting our Landlord on our behalf and dealing with all the paperwork etc. For our first experience with renting I could not have picked such a better Company to use, so reasonable and helpful !!
I recommend this Estate agents so much and would give them 10 starts if I could, and if you do use them hopefully your be as lucky as we were to have Stacy as our property manager because i guarantee you a hassle free and great experience!!!

Very unprofessional. 0 for customer service, infact no service was given, rude on the phone. when you go for a viewing nobody turns up, when you call them they say the flat has been sold. They a lie comes from them that there has been 2 voicemail and a email sent over.............dont know to whom as I did not receive anything. then the colleague supports the person lieing. Till now no email no voicemail.
Stay away from them.
