7th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Luke from Davis & Gibbs has been extremely helpful with our property search. Highly recommend!
18th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Heritage Estates if selling your home. Criena is a delight to deal with, very understanding and highly professional. Kept us up to date at all times. We didn’t need to chase them at all and as it was a stressful time for us, they certainly took the pressure off us. Big thanks.

6th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)We found all the staff at Haart in Dartford very helpful friendly professional and with great communication! We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services.

8th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The ladies at Sealeys were wonderful. The circumstances around the sale were difficult and they were, not only extremely efficient, but were kind and sensitive. I was dreading the whole process but they made it easy.
18th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Called on 4 occasions just to simply book a viewing to buy a house and each time I had to share my details. No one got back to me to confirm whether the viewing was going ahead. Feel sorry for anyone who uses this agency to let or sell their property
19th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Very bad experience

A special thank you to Ade for his patience, professionalism and helpful support throughout the process.

Ade was approachable, responsive and willing to help with our questions and requests. 15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Extremely Unprofessional, Disrespectful and Humiliating Experience

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way we were treated by Goldex Property Management in Gillingham. This has been one of the most unpleasant and humiliating experiences we have ever had when dealing with a letting agency.

We were genuinely interested in renting a property and were ready to proceed with the necessary arrangements. However, instead of being treated with fairness, honesty and professionalism, we were left feeling completely disrespected and humiliated.

We were given the strong impression that the agency had already decided which tenant they preferred and was attempting to persuade the landlord to choose that person.

We wasted our valuable time and energy dealing with this agency, only to be left feeling deeply disappointed and insulted.

I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Goldex Property Management in Gillingham to be extremely cautious. Based on our experience, I have absolutely no confidence in their professionalism, fairness or the way they treat prospective tenants.

27th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Scot was professional attentive and I felt always doing his best for me. The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Outstanding Experience with Joe Purton at The Homes Group – Highly Recommended! We recently completed the purchase of our new home through The Homes Group, and we cannot praise Joe Purton highly enough for his exceptional professionalism, dedication, and expertise.Being the very first viewer to see the property, we immediately found ourselves entering into a complex and tricky negotiation process. In scenarios like this, having the right agent makes all the difference. From day one, Joe was incredibly reassuring. His calm demeanor, extensive market insight, and transparent communication instantly put our minds at ease and gave us complete confidence during a pivotal moment.Throughout the entire transaction, Joe’s proactive approach kept the momentum moving forward. He bridged the gap between all parties seamlessly, anticipated potential hurdles before they arose, and ensured we were kept informed at every milestone. His commitment went far beyond standard customer service; he showed a genuine investment in securing the best outcome for us.If you are looking for an estate agent who combines sharp negotiation skills with an approachable, client-first attitude, Joe Purton is the absolute gold standard. Thank you, Joe, and the team at The Homes Group, for turning what could have been a highly stressful ordeal into a smooth and triumphant success!
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
12th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)What an excellent estate agents! They really do go above and beyond. I sold my house with them after a breakup which can be really complicated at times but they handled it so well. Highly recommended!
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)A Little late with this review, but Kevin Sold our property last year and cannot speak highly enough of the service him and the team gave us, with the stress of selling and moving, Kevin could not be more calming, listening to our concerns and helping with the onward chain!!!

If selling or buying, I'd absolutely recommend going through Murray Lee McKenzie!
29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agency, absolutely zero help, used for my first rental property, where I found myself doing all of the work and fixing issue after issue left to me. Thinking I would see the back of them once I moved in I powered through, however this was not the case, Our payment methods were switched and I had to beg for a week to get the banking information of their own estate agency! Making my first payment late. The property I moved into was handed to me in a disastrous state which was a problem in its own right. I recommend this estate agency if your a fan of headaches and panic attacks. Avoid at all costs.
