From the very first viewing of the property right through to moving in and even afterwards, Caroline has gone above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>She has been incredibly professional, patient, approachable and understanding. Whenever I have had a question or needed help with anything, she has always been willing to assist and has genuinely made me feel supported rather than just another tenant.<br><br>Moving home can be extremely stressful, but having Caroline there throughout the process made such a difference to me and my family. Amanda, Kirstey & the whole team have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite & always available on the phone, email or in person to answer or help with any enquiries. I honestly have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family or anyone looking for a great team & Estate agents.....

15th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)A very positive remortgage experience with Preeti and Richard<br><br>I don’t usually answer calls from numbers I don’t recognise. However, one day when I had some free time, I decided to answer one. The caller introduced herself as Preeti, and when she mentioned remortgaging, it immediately caught my attention because I was already researching better rates for my home and two rental properties.<br><br>Preeti clearly explained why she was calling, what the company did and how it could help. Her friendly, confident and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence that she understood exactly what I was looking for. She answered all my questions, made the conversation enjoyable and quickly arranged an appointment with a financial adviser. She then sent the confirmation straight away.<br><br>I later spoke with Richard, who was equally helpful. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step and in a clear, logical order, which made it much easier to understand.<br><br>My experience with both Preeti and Richard has given me a very positive impression of Bairstow Eves. Receiving the same high standard of service from two different people says a lot about the company to be honest. I am very pleased that I decided to answer that unexpected call and have also arrange a call 3years down the line when the remortgage expires. :-)

Our application involved some challenges, particularly while we were trying to arrange a guarantor, but Mia remained patient and supportive throughout the entire process.She communicated with us consistently and kept us informed at every stage, which made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>Mia was always approachable, professional and willing to answer our questions. She made sure we understood where we were with our application and kept us updated until everything was successfully completed.<br><br>When it came time to collect the keys, Mia continued to demonstrate the same level of professionalism and kindness. She handed over the keys with such warmth and professionalism and made sure we knew that if we needed anything, we could contact her or the Landlord.<br><br>Finding a home can be a stressful process, but Mia made the experience so much easier through her patience, communication and genuine support. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)The only thing I’d criticise is that the tone of one of the office staff was a little hectoring. In selling a house, I think the agent ought to suggest, rather than push, options. But it was just one person and I didn’t have to deal with them too much.

He was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuine throughout the entire experience.<br>?Aidan went above and beyond to answer all of my questions promptly, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure the entire move-in process went off without a single hitch. It is rare to find a host/landlord who is both highly efficient and truly thoughtful about their tenants' comfort.<br>?If you get the chance to rent from or work with Aidan, you are in fantastic hands. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, answered all of our questions, and kept everything moving smoothly.<br><br>As first time buyers, my wife and I were understandably nervous about the whole process.
