I’m a severe stress head when it comes to moving but she has honestly made it so much easier and been so helpful with everything regarding paperwork and answering any questions we have had regarding the process. She is so polite and friendly which has made this experience so much more special considering this is me and my partners first home together and we wanted the experience to be a positive one and thanks to Katie it has. I would definitely want to stay with this company when moving in the future.

Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????

8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I highly recommend Medway Mortgage Shop if you are looking to secure a mortgage, remortgage, or sell your property. I am a first time buyer and Audrey at MMS helped me to secure a mortgage and made what is typically quite a daunting process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Audrey was incredibly helpful - she explained the whole process clearly and found me the best deal possible. During the conveyancing process the mortgage rates dropped, and Audrey took the time to let me know and re-submit my mortgage application so I could get the lower rate. The communication from everyone at MMS was fantastic - they are very quick to respond, happy to help with any queries, and offered a great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any mortgage needs. Fantastic service, thank you Audrey & MMS!

They were tenacious in getting it over the line, accommodating, professional, helpful, kind, and understanding. Buying a house can be very stressful, but they team at Fox Estates really helped to make the process easier and smoother. Very highly recommended.

Charlotte was also brilliant throughout the process and kept everything moving smoothly. Communication was excellent, and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend MMS to anyone looking for mortgage advice, especially first-time buyers. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble.
