3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Average service had to chase up due to lack of communication. They did my first house viewing and the information given to the viewer was incorrect so need to learn about the house more before viewing so I did my viewing.
5th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)The valuation day was friendly and professional with lots of local market and our house information collated by Burrell’s prior to the valuation. They also arranged photos and a video in a timely manner. Burrell’s carried out our viewings which was beneficial for us. They maintained effective contact with us via email and text.
29th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Initially the Property Hive seemed proactive but after years of trying to sell my property they seemed to lose interest. When I asked to change photos of my property it did not get done for weeks. Information on viewings was not brilliant either.

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

Theresa was an absolute star and nothing was to much trouble. She explained things to me and really helped to get completion on the property quickly and effectively.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
