Barnaby and Penny were excellent throughout. Their advice was clear and helpful, and they quickly found a suitable buyer for my flat at a price I was very happy with. There was never any pressure to rush a sale or sign up. They guided me through the whole process and explained everything clearly at each stage.

11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Persuaded by them to change from another agent & wished we hadn't. Poor communication,- we constantly had to chase them for any information. Messages from us were not passed on. Often found information from them to be incorrect. Generally felt unsupported& uninformed.

As we were moving from Lincolnshire, Brandon went out of his way to support and help us with, not only the purchase but also local information/tradesmen etc. Would have no reservations in recommending Roy Barrett Eastgate agents.

A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. 27th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Ben at Hambledon Estate Agents went above and beyond to help us sell our property. We hit a few obstacles along the way (just lots of bad luck) and Ben went out of his way to help, offer advice and do whatever he could to get us back on track and make sure things went smoothly. He’s always been kind, professional and friendly on the phone and in person. My Mother was unable to leave the property during viewings and he always looked after her welfare when anyone was in the property for viewings. Making sure she knew what was going on and that she was ok. If you are looking for a knowledgeable estate agent, who is also caring and professional then I can highly recommend Hambledon in Shaftesbury. More than happy with the service we received.
