7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We used the Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury to market our house recently and we are so glad we did. Their approach from start to finish was excellent in every way. We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful. The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with. Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches. We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year. We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them. I shall miss the frequent, friendly contact!

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

The current climate did lead to some challenges along the way, although the teams professionalism and knowledge of the market helped to smooth these out with ease. Very professional and easy to work with.

From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help.<br><br>There were multiple complications throughout the process, but Jack handled everything with patience, professionalism and a fantastic attitude. He was always available when needed, kept me informed, and did everything he could to make what could have been a very stressful experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>It’s clear that Jack genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing an excellent service. 28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We did agree with initall Wilson Tominey taking on the property but as we dropped the value, they moved it to Wilson Mowlam as this apparently looked better on web searches, ie it didn't show the property had been reduced. We were guided by the agents regarding a value and recognise the market is not in a great place right now but once we had a potential offer and moving forward from that point the communication has been excellent and very prompt.
