The service then with Ben was outstanding and so we knew who we wanted to go with when we were ready! The team turned things around very quickly to meet our timescales and were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Emily was our key contact this time and she was proactive, had great communication providing us with daily updates and went the extra mile for us. Thank you team!

12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I did a few years ago sell my own house through Connells, Dorchester. It was a particularly difficult time for me in the midst of a traumatic divorce. Lily Creighton was amazingly supportive throughout the sale process and went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as painless and stress free as it could have been for myself and my son. Lily Creighton advocated throughout for myself at times when I struggled to do so for myself and worked tirelessly to ensure that both myself and my son came out of a very difficult situation in a much more positive one. I recently purchased a cottage through Connells in Dorchester. My point of contact throughout the process of buying the house, was again the Manager of Dorchester Connells. Lily Creighton. Lily was an absolute font of knowledge throughout the whole process, aways easy to contact and responded really quickly to any concerns or queries that I had. Nothing ever felt to be too much trouble and even at some of the more challenging moments, I felt that I was in very safe and capable hands with Lily. She was hugely professional throughout my time with Connells to the point where knowing that she was involved with the sale actually encouraged my purchase, as I knew that it would be handled professionally. Could not recommend or praise Lily Creighton and her team enough. Thank you Lily for all your hard work on both occasions, am very grateful !

Charlottes communication, skill, patience, generosity, efficiency, attention to detail and advice have been flawless throughout our sale! I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done. Nothing is too much trouble for Charlotte, She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate worldwide and it shows! I felt In extremely capable hands throughout this process. The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

From the moment he arrived, Joe was professional, well-prepared, and clearly very knowledgeable about the local market. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions with patience and clarity. What stood out most was his compassion and understanding of our situation. Joe approached it with genuine care and sensitivity. I would highly recommend Joe and Greys Estate Agents for their professionalism, expertise, and thoughtful approach.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Sarah was incredibly accommodating when arranging viewings and was always happy to answer our questions. She provided all the information we needed throughout the process, helping to make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. She also recommended a local solicitor who was excellent and played a big part in ensuring the purchase progressed efficiently. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated Sarah’s professionalism, responsiveness, and support from start to finish. We would highly recommend Sarah and the team at Danehurst to anyone looking and selling/buying!

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.

Within just two days of listing the property, they had arranged an impressive number of viewings, and a suitable tenant was secured within 72 hours. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceptionally well managed. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping me informed every step of the way, and their knowledge of the local market was clearly evident. The level of service they provided exceeded my expectations and made what could have been a stressful process completely straightforward.
