The entire team from Jamie initially, then Emma and Charlotte during the selling process, along with Sally in the office, and especially Sarah during the progression chasing were all very professional and kept us updated during the process. We feel the whole team went above and beyond on many occasions and are very grateful to them all. We would definitely use them again!
31st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)I joined Domvs after a lacklustre service from another agent. The difference in service was phenomenal, like trading in a Fiesta for a Ferrari! Within a short time they had achieved an asking price offer on my house!<br>I am truly grateful to the staff in the Wareham office for their professionalism, especially Marcus, who has patiently guided me through the minefield of conveyancing!<br>I would recommend Domvs Estate Agents without hesitation.
26th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)A friend is trying to buy a property and ask to view two this week and said which days. Got an email saying totally different day. They just cancelled appt without offering to re book. Not impressed
29th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)I'd like to express thanks for the support from Cathryn, Levi and Mae (and others) for the Symonds and Sampson tenant find service during July 2026. This is my second use of this service from the team in Blandford Forum (with support from S&S in Sturminster Newton). The service functions like a well oiled machine - with a kind, responsive and professional energy. It's clear everyone works hard and together to make things happen. There was a lot to do. I was very impressed with their service and in particular the excellent communication and tenacity of Iain and Amy in helping us move from offer to completion in 8 weeks, no mean feat in this day and age. As a buyer I highly recommend Fisks and if we move again wouldn’t hesitate to use them to sell my home.

The staff are very helpful, respond quickly, and are able to “think outside the box” to find practical and innovative solutions to any problems that may arise. Lily was particularly helpful in this regard. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
20th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I would highly recommend using Forum for selling your property! Martin explained the whole procedure really clearly and was always happy to answer any questions. Tom took amazing photos/drone shots and the marketing was excellent. They treated the property with respect when showing clients around and always kept in touch with updates after viewings. Thank you for getting us through what turned out to be a pretty stressful process!!
13th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Amazing support a first time buyer!<br>From the beginning, both Sol and Simon demonstrated their professionalism and experience. As a solo first time buyer, I had so many questions about the process and options which they provided me with detailed, unjudgmental, honest and timely responses to. The purchase took longer than expected due to so many interdependencies unrelated to Simon and Co, however they remained in contact and up to date on all aspects of the conveyancing. Even weeks after completion, Sol and Simon were still on hand to answer any queries I had. Overall, I felt incredibly supported by Simon and Co and would definitely recommend them as a great estate agent.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. My wife and in?laws are so grateful for everything she did.<br><br>Thank you, Emma from Maria & Lee Parsons.

Her communication was consistently excellent, and we never experienced a single issue. We even received a small welcome gift in the property, which made it feel like home straight away. I would highly recommend this estate agent.
