11th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Martin was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our house sale. He consistently went above and beyond to chase the buyer and her solicitor and kept us in the loop throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with him and we really recommend Fyfe Mcdade.
10th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Paperwork was completed efficiently. The pictures and brochure were of a high quality. Viewings were handled smoothly for the most part.

2nd Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Not the greatest experience. Edit: I’ve just seen the response from the business and they’ve actually lied (clearly got customers mixed up), this is not what happened and I’ve now changed my review to a 1 star. Would definitely not recommend, what a shocking service.

11th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)ended up going to court for repossession which was granted . Now trying to liquidate company to avoid paying my legal costs

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

11th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Blake Stanley charges illegal fees to incoming tenants.<br><br>If you are a landlord, I would implore you to consider using a property manager that respects tenants rights and doesn’t squeeze them every tenancy renewal for fees that they know are illegal - they strong arm tenants into paying them anyways as they know the process is complicated to contest.<br><br>Context: I received a decision today from the First Tier tribunal Property Chamber (residential property) ordering Blake Stanley to refund the £64 charged.<br><br>This was charged under the auspices of a “change of tenant”, but there was no change of tenancy when a 12 month agreement comes to a close and new tenants move in!<br><br>I know this seems like a small amount of money, but consider that they pressure every tenant of every property they manage, anytime a contract renews to pay this. It’s illegal for citizens to steal from businesses, so please let’s not allow shady, fraudulent and immoral businesses like Blake Stanley steal from us.<br><br>For other tenants that BlakeStanley has stolen from, please consider reporting them to the First Tier Tribunal and get your money rightfully returned.

He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciated his support and would highly recommend both Ibrahim and the estate agency to anyone looking for excellent service.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
29th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Extremely concerning experience with one of this company’s van drivers.<br><br>I was cycling in a designated cycle lane when the van repeatedly veered into the cycle lane and directly into my path. The first time, I had to veer off the road onto the pavement at speed to avoid being hit and potentially going underneath the van.<br><br>I then rejoined the cycle lane, and the driver again veered into the cycle lane and turned left directly across my path, completely cutting me off and coming extremely close to hitting me.<br><br>This was extremely dangerous and erratic driving. I was genuinely concerned that I was going to be hit. I have reported the incident to the company and will also be reporting it to the Metropolitan Police.

13th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one.
