3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Charlie was excellent during the letting process — punctual at the viewing, quick to answer questions, never pushy, and responsive throughout the negotiation. Full credit to him; if this review were only about renting the place, it would be five stars.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience as a tenant since moving in has been very different. Because of some rain my flat flooded badly, with dirty water coming through the ceiling and windows into every room. None of the emergency numbers in the tenant handbook were answered that night. In the days and weeks that followed I had to chase repeatedly; deadlines the agency set for itself came and went, and several of my emails — including one flagging what appears to be mould developing on my bedroom wall — went unanswered. Weeks on, the flat still hasn't been repaired or dried out.<br><br>Separately, several maintenance issues that were documented at move-in and promised to be fixed have stayed outstanding for months.<br><br>Great at getting you through the door; much less so at looking after you once you're a tenant.

Appointments were arranged promptly, communications were clear and helpful, and every effort was made to ensure the process ran smoothly. I found her manner both attentive and reassuring, qualities one does not always encounter, and which are therefore all the more welcome.<br>It is a pleasure to recommend Kaci most warmly. He was patient with our questions, straight with his advice, and clearly knew the local market inside out.<br><br>When the flat needed renovating, he pointed us towards good contractors and worked around our timeline rather than rushing us. When the Renters' Rights Act changed the picture, he took the time to explain exactly what it meant for letting versus selling, so we could make the right decision as a family rather than a quick one.<br><br>He stayed with us from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion in July 2026, and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. This was a challenging period for my family, and James and his team handled it with real professionalism and care.<br><br>Thank you James. We would recommend Wild & Co. without hesitation.
27th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Really lovely genuine people.<br><br>Gabriel has been the outstanding person to onboard with in our new rented flat. I’m thoroughly impressed with his communication, touching base regularly and work through any initial questions. Such a great human. The level of support as a tenant has been the best I’ve experienced in all my 15 years renting in London.<br><br>Finding a place to live can be one of the most stressful things to do. Not with this team! Thank you.

Had come across a lot of estate agents in recent home search and Aimee Charles & Michaela Coles at Stirling stand out as agents who genuinely wanted to help. He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
