1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)If I could give this agency zero stars, I would.?????? My experience with Ojjeh was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. A copy of our house keys was taken despite there being no signed contract or formal agreement in place. I found this completely unacceptable and concerning. When I requested the return of my keys, instead of handing them back to me directly, the keys were left outside my property under a brick where they could potentially have been found by anyone passing by. As a homeowner, I was shocked that someone would treat the security of my property so carelessly. The whole experience left me feeling stressed, frustrated, and unable to trust this agency. I expected professionalism, accountability, and respect for my property, but that was not my experience. Based on what happened, I would not recommend this agency. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to ensure everything is properly documented and to think carefully before handing over access to their property.

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)We were recently moving houses under short notice, and we're incredibly lucky to have found a flat that was let via Winkworth. Sharing details and setting up viewings were a breeze, and Matthew from the Hackney office was a gem. He was super kind and professional, gave us every detail we needed, and most importantly, went above and beyond with finalising the flat for us when due to change of circumstances with the landlord - the timelines were uncertain and shifting a few times. Considering the short notice in which we had to move, we were so nervous about this but the one person who was consistently available to speak, helpful in understanding our concerns, gathering more information, reassuring us of all the details and actually getting the agreement and move done was Matthew and we could not be more grateful to him. Winkworth was also excellent in all the moving-in documentation and processes they had set up. Thanks a mil!

His communication was excellent, and he made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Thank you, Denis, for all your support and assistance. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable estate agent.
21st May 2026 (29 days ago)I have rented a few flats in London and Bristol, and I can confidently say the service from Chesterstons was exceptional, particularly from Marco Caimi. I was away during the process and had some circumstances which created quite a few issues. I think many estate agents would have simply told me it wasn't going to happen and would have proceeded with another tenant. Marco went above and beyond to make sure I could still secure the flat, which he really did not have to do. Honestly, nothing but excellent. I couldn't recommend more!

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Aaron. From the very beginning, the house was presented beautifully. The photos and video were excellent and really showed the property at its best. Aaron organised an open day which brought in over 30 viewings, and the level of interest he generated was far beyond what we expected. Most importantly, he achieved a sale at £30,000 over the asking price, which we were absolutely delighted with. Throughout the whole process, Aaron kept us fully updated and was always available whenever we needed him. One thing we particularly appreciated was that he was our sole point of contact from start to finish. He personally hosted all the viewings and dealt with everything directly, which gave us a lot of confidence and made the whole process feel much more personal. Once the offer was accepted, everything moved incredibly quickly and we completed within 7 weeks. We would highly recommend Aaron to anyone thinking of selling. He worked extremely hard for us, communicated brilliantly, and delivered a fantastic result.

4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Anthony Antoniou has been my father’s ’go to’ agent for lettings in Dulwich/Herne Hill for some 12+ years. I had the misfortune of losing both of my parents in quick succession, which has led me to dealing with Anthony until only relatively recently. Not only is Anthony dedicated, reliable and personable, but he is clued up about the market expectations and pricing. He delivers without fail and goes above and beyond to help with a kind manner about him. I know why my parents chose him and I have utmost confidence in him as he made a stressful situation seamless.
12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor experience with Foxtons Hackney. I was told a studio was available and proceeded in good faith. I spent significant time completing the application form, providing information, arranging references and sending the documents in multiple formats because the PDF was difficult to complete properly. After going through all of this, I was then told that the current tenant was extending until the end of June. This was not communicated to me before I spent time on the application process. I had also turned down another studio because I believed this property was genuinely available and moving forward. The communication was poor, the process wasted my time, and it caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult housing search. I would not use Foxtons again based on this experience.

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)We went to a viewing arranged by this estate agent The property didn’t look as per the pictures , and the viewing experience felt more like a ‘fish market’ than a property purchase- over 10 potential customers viewing the property at the same time The estate agent didn’t know any details of the property or answer any of the questions raised
27th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Caroline helped my sister and I get our new apartment in West London and we couldn’t be happier - a very smooth process, a user-friendly app for paperwork purposes and above all, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to guide us through the whole transaction. In the chaos of the London rental market, they made everything feel smooth and personal, and worked so quickly to get everything over the line for us. From the viewing through to referencing and signing, they were always easy to speak to and really helpful with every step. We’re so excited to be moving into our new home and really grateful for all their help. Thank you Charlotte and Rasha! Highly recommend.

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
