25th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)This is the fourth time I have used Homefinders, and once again they have provided an outstanding service.<br>Although my property was outside the area they normally cover, they were still happy to take it on. While I was also working with local estate agents, Homefinders proved to be by far the most organised and proactive, arranging more viewings than anyone else and managing the entire process efficiently.<br>Their communication was excellent throughout. They kept me informed at every stage in a professional and timely manner. During the sale, I had to travel abroad, but the team handled everything seamlessly on my behalf while continuing to consult me before every important decision. Their professionalism and dedication gave me complete confidence throughout the process.<br>I would especially like to thank Ann (5?), Mahnoor, Melissa, and Yasemin for their exceptional support and outstanding customer service.<br>A special thank you also goes to Gassan for his invaluable legal guidance and for sharing his experience to help resolve several issues along the way.<br>I have been thoroughly impressed with Homefinders every time I have used them, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

From the first viewing, he knew all the answers to our questions, and once we agreed to rent the property, he worked super quickly to get us in within a week. Once in, he has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had, sorting some maintenance issues while we were away, and nothing feels like too much trouble. It’s honestly been such a refreshing experience! Would 100% recommend Anthony, it couldn’t have gone any better ??????

My property consultant Tasha was very helpful, quick to reply, and had lots good of suggestions for suitable flats while I was looking for somewhere to live in East London. She was very quick to organize viewings and I can only recommend her if you’re looking for properties in the area.

Ours wasn't a straightforward purchase, but she stayed on top of every detail, chased everyone who needed chasing, and kept us calm and informed throughout. Always reachable, always honest about where things stood, and genuinely invested in getting us over the line.
27th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)As a first-time buyer, my advice is to independently verify every representation made by them during the buying process and ensure everything is reflected in your legal documentation.<br><br>My experience has been very disappointing. I received written assurances regarding the service charge before purchasing the property, but it has since increased from around £1,500 per year to almost £4,000 for a building with no gym, no concierge and no other premium amenities. This has had a significant financial impact. The service charge amount was a deal breaker for me.<br><br>I was also left with the impression that the transition from leasehold to share of freehold would happen relatively promptly. I completed my purchase in April 2025, and I am still waiting for the transfer to be completed.<br><br>Finally, I was assured by the representative from Bespoke that I would be able to replace the carpet with hard flooring, only to discover after completion that the lease prohibits this without consent.<br><br>Overall, I would strongly encourage first-time buyers to obtain written confirmation of everything, ask their solicitor to verify every representation, and not rely solely on verbal assurances by the agents during the sales process.
