8th Jun 2026 (16 weeks ago)Our sale sadly has taken 2 years through no fault whatsoever of Andrews but due to a legal issue. Holly Turtle and Liv Stasinska have been professional, patient and very practical in their support of us and our buyer during this extremely stressful and long drawn out process. Their advice when selling negotiation was excellent and even with the length of this transaction they have never faltered in their service and support. Thank you both so much… we got there in the end !!!
4th Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.

We asked a number of estate agents to value our house before putting it on the market and Carver Knowles were one of them. From the first time we contacted Carver Knowles they were helpful, took the time to listen to us and gave us their honest opinion. We chose to put our house on the market with Carver Knowles and they continued to impress us. They kept us informed with planned viewings and followed up with feedback from each viewing – never once did we have to chase them! Our house sale went through very smoothly and we believe this was due to Carver Knowles’ efficiency in communicating with all parties involved, ensuring nothing was neglected. We would definitely recommend Carver Knowles as a proactive, efficient estate agent.

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.
29th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
