In our opinion Geordie went over and above with his constant communication with all parties in the chain, which assisted us during exchange and completion. Geordie was proactive during the whole process and we would definitely recommend him as an excellent estate agent.

She also sourced life cover and buildings insurance. Jade was friendly and professional, and made it all a seamless process. I'll definitely be returning to Jade for more help in the future.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!

24th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Murdock & Wasley turned our first home purchase into a nightmare. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.
