I gave them an apartment complete with everything to manage and it was returned to me empty. they also took away the television and the microwave oven, as well as the table and armchairs and various furnishings. the tragic thing is that I was told that this is how it is used in London. I think it's theft.

20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional agency. Tried to call them today several times, but nobody picked up. When they did pick up, they told me they’ll call me back after 15 minutes without even taking my number. It’s been an hour now, no one called.
If that’s how it is from the beginning, then I will not be giving them my money.

This is now the third property I have sold through them over the years, and every single experience has been excellent. Their professionalism, communication and commitment have always been first class.
A special thank you to Clarke and especially Sherry, who was my Sales Progressor. This was an incredibly difficult sale and onward purchase, with numerous delays and issues outside of Robert Cooper’s control. Throughout the entire process, Sherry went above and beyond to keep the transaction moving, constantly communicating with all parties and doing everything she could to get us over the line. Her dedication, persistence and professionalism were outstanding.
Unfortunately, there were significant delays caused elsewhere during the conveyancing process, but Robert Cooper never stopped pushing for progress and keeping everyone informed. Their support made a genuinely stressful situation much more manageable.
Thank you to Clarke, Sherry and the whole team at Robert Cooper for another fantastic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
13th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
10th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)We couldn’t have asked for a better Estate Agents to sell our property. They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

After all they must be getting from Home Owner's, and not from the people who rent through them.
Why I say that, because the staff would only listen to Landlord, and never to the Renters. I have had lot of issues with the apartment that i am living in, i complained to them, and apparently they can't do anything.
However, based on my conversation with Landlord which apparently they didn't like few words, i got an instant call from Chase Macmillan passing the feedback to me.
I would have expected a similar level of openness from both sides.
I doubt what kind of values as a company they have. Not at all customer friendly at least in my case !!
The issues with the apartment continues though... it's been three months now ...
1st Dec 2025 (11 mo. ago)I have had a very disappointing experience with this agency.
When I moved into the property, it was already in poor and dirty condition, and I have videos showing this at check-in. A few months later, a cockroach infestation started. I immediately reported the issue to both the landlord and the agency, sending photos, videos and emails. However, they only arranged an inspection after one month, just to look at the situation. Even after that visit, no proper action was taken, and I was forced to live in those conditions for two more months.
Before leaving the property, I thoroughly cleaned the flat and left it in a much better condition than when I moved in. I have submitted dated photos and videos showing the condition at check-out to DPS as part of a formal deposit dispute.
Despite providing clear evidence of the property’s condition at both check-in and check-out, the landlord still requested a £200 deduction from my deposit for cleaning, and the agency did not intervene or support me in any way.
This experience has been stressful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I have now raised a formal dispute with DPS and submitted all my evidence.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend this agency.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ????????????????????????????
In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
