4th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

I have several properties and will not hesitate to have the services of zen homes in future. On this occasion Naveed and Ellie were the agents who worked endlessly during my absence ; whilst I was on holiday.- 22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)They came in with a higher valuation than any other agent and they got us asking price. They were definitely the right agent for us.

7th Oct 2017 (8 years ago)Steer clear of this company if you actually want your accounts done properly. They messed up my payslips and failed to do VAT returns properly - communication is also poor and they have no online accounting service (like QuickBooks) for you to view your accounts or any of the book-keeping. Half of the time they do not know what they are doing and I found myself having to chase them up for any and everything!
