23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)No communication or follow up after viewings
18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)They think an awful lot of themselves but had no idea how to sell my mothers house. They post everything everywhere and hope for the best. Quite literally walked in with my mum one day and they had no idea who she was. Please, please don't use.
27th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Excellent service from booking through to fixing problems that might arise, even out of hours. Local business, personable and professional staff.
23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Good professional and knowledgeable service from all concerned. Highly recommend.
11th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)The house didn’t sell, I took off and went on with a different agent. Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)they need to communicate better
5th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We were selling my parents bungalow whilst living the other side of the country Aldreds gave us a confident valuation and we were happy that they would work to get us a quick sale which they did well within a month of going on the market
3rd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Feedback for Cara Since signing up with Howard’s I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cara. Cara came to my home was nothing but respectful, honest, it felt like a friend has come to see me, but was completely respectful and it was clear she knew her market and viewers to reach and how to market my unique property. Cara is professional, kind , honest and does what she says she does, a rare gem for an estate Agency. She has manage to get many viewings and her response time is excellent, she also listens to the customer and is holistic in the sale. You do not feel like you are just a number! I hope she sells my property( don’t tell the other agent) ….. I said that though. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Cara’s to any potential sellers looking for a standout agent.
18th May 2021 (5 years ago)They will find poor excuses to not show you the houses and will not even make an effort to deny that it is your non-English name putting you at the bottom of the list.

9th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)I highly recommend using your move Harleston, to anyone buying or selling a property. From start to finish, the team were polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused. Their excellent service really stood out, and I am very grateful for all their help throughout my purchase.
