29th May 2020 (6 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.
18th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)They think an awful lot of themselves but had no idea how to sell my mothers house. They post everything everywhere and hope for the best. Quite literally walked in with my mum one day and they had no idea who she was. Please, please don't use.

What really sets him apart is his calm professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to guide decisions with confidence and integrity. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused. Their excellent service really stood out, and I am very grateful for all their help throughout my purchase.
