Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.
18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Oliver Johnson & the team at Clarke & Simpson have been outstanding. Having sold land & property through them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're very well established in the area, they have the contacts and they know their customers. Oliver Johnson is a great agent, he's very proactive and spotted a Land Registry issue that could have caused problems but he suggested a solution which enabled us to quickly resolve and complete the sale. He's an expert problem solver, maintaining a great relationship with buyer, seller and solicitors. I rarely write reviews but for Oliver & the Clarke & Simpson team I'm very pleased to say they are highly recommended.

14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Musker McIntyre have been my lettings agents for over 10 years and I've had a great relationship with them, as my property over those years had no issues, this last year and a half I encountered many problems, with the help of Dawn and Grace, who had all manner of tradesmen on hand to help sort out and fix the many situations I had. They were quick on the phone , ready to assist and able to come up with solutions and to find a perfect new tenant as well. He found us a private buyer and achieved a quick sale, with the exchange and completion process proving equally straightforward. The whole experience was as stress-free as selling a home could possibly be.<br><br>Many estate agents promise a lot, as we discovered when we met with three other well-known agencies. Ian, however, genuinely delivers on his promises. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

As a bit of a newbie to buying a house Kayleigh went above and beyond by advising me and recommending removals along the way etc. She was superb at keeping me updated. Kayleigh is very friendly, approachable and professional. She made the whole process easy to navigate, my thanks go out to her for all her hard work.

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)They valued my house a lot less than others and I asked them to put it up for my price I had in mind .. glad I did as got near the asking price and sold in two weeks . Photos were really good but felt they missed important information off but maybe that’s my fault for not looking at advert properly before they advertised .. I do think the charges are so high for selling

When my house was sold they provided me with information of everything that happens from now till completion of sale which I found really helpful. To be honest they literally help my hand through the whole process. Any queries or concerns were quickly solved. Anything that wasn't going to plan like delays they communicated immediately. It's been many years since I last moved & thanks solely to Attik & the amazing team there I had a stress free easy transaction they went above & beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. Even after moving I still received texts to check I was good. A fantastic service. Many many thanks to you all.<br>I highly recommend Attik City Country Coast without doubt.

27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)HIGHLY RECOMMEND - don’t even think of using anyone else.<br>So refreshing to have a truly independent, forward thinking, trustworthy estate agent (yes really, all of those things and Will’s a thoroughly nice chap!) working with you and for you.<br>My experience with Pye Estate Agents was in them selling a property for me, but if I were to be selling again or buying in Suffolk I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.
