19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

Jackie was so kind and helpful throughout the entire letting process! She kept us updated at every turn and was an utter pleasure to work with, she made everything so painless! She was so thorough with making sure the property was up to a high standard when we got the keys, after dealing with London letting agents who couldn’t care less this was so refreshing! I can’t recommend Grier & Partners enough, especially Jackie! Thank you!!

19th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Diabolical service. Never anyone available at the weekend to take calls regarding problems with property. No one cares that property needs maintenance work doing. No ownership taken by any member of staff when enquiring about completing standard land lord/letting agency jobs where property maintenance is required to maintain a safe living environment.Strutt & Parker - Eastern Estates & Farm Agency - Ipswich

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)The Trials and Tribulations of buying a house ! ?????? Like all house buying, it started with a viewing. Paul came to Sudbury from Ipswich and showed us around the property. It had laid empty for around 3 years, probate and a couple of false " start stops" with various interested parties had left the sellers baffled as to why it hadn't sold. Paul was straight talking and showed the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, which really didn't phase us, I am fortunate to have some friends in the building trade and they provide some helpful guidance. It then got to the finger pointing, bun fighting, and at times comical and childish behaviour of the solicitors. I do trust that at some point in time AI replaces these butt wipes and makes it an easier transaction for house buyers / sellers. In the mean time Paul (Countywide) did a good job of pushing and pulling information to and fro and by some miracle we exchanged contracts and completed the sale in around 6 months. So thanks to Paul and the team at Countywide Estate agents, we ended up with the house of our dreams, a little weary and stressed, and in agreement this is it, we are NEVER moving again.

22nd Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Really nice relatable guys that know there stuff. House not sold yet as I put advertising on right move and the like on hold. I am conducting some redecorating. I am hopeful of a sale once this is complete.
5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
