What we appreciated most was his great sense of humour and the fact that he actually treats you like a human being, rather than just another transaction. He kept us completely in the loop at every single stage of the process. Unlike other agents we've encountered, he was never evasive—he gave us straight answers, answered every query promptly, and worked tirelessly to make sure the purchase went smoothly. Andrew was also great whenever we spoke with him, providing fantastic additional support and keeping everything on track.<br><br>Thanks in huge part to James's exceptional service and care, we successfully completed our purchase and happily moved into our new home last week! 19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

Jackie was so kind and helpful throughout the entire letting process! She kept us updated at every turn and was an utter pleasure to work with, she made everything so painless! She was so thorough with making sure the property was up to a high standard when we got the keys, after dealing with London letting agents who couldn’t care less this was so refreshing! I can’t recommend Grier & Partners enough, especially Jackie! Thank you!!

No ownership taken by any member of staff when enquiring about completing standard land lord/letting agency jobs where property maintenance is required to maintain a safe living environment.Strutt & Parker - Eastern Estates & Farm Agency - Ipswich

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
