They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

6th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)If it was possible, I'd have given Abbey Forth zero stars. Here's my experience with them: The place I rented from Abbey Forth had not been cleaned when I moved in. It was in a disgusting state with several broken fixtures. I took many photos and informed them that, because I was having to clean my new flat, I wouldn't be paying for the place to be professionally cleaned when I moved out. Throughout my year at the property, they were unprofessional and unhelpful when other problems arose: trying to charge me for boiler repairs (a boiler which was leaking on day 1), failing to resolve a drainage issue outside the kitchen door and, worst of all, falling to resolve an infestation of slugs in the kitchen - an obvious health hazard. When I moved out, they unsurprisingly tried to deduct £190 from my deposit for cleaning. I successfully disputed this charge with the deposit scheme, using the pictures and emails I'd sent them over the length of the tenancy. The deposit scheme found that, as the property was not cleaned to a good condition for the start of the tenancy, that I should only having to pay £60 In summary: Abbey Forth is the worst estate agent I've ever used. Rude staff and a general ethos of trying to squeeze money out of tenants for as little effort as possible. Only sign up with them if you are desperate and have no other options. If this is the case, then please make sure you document everything for inevitable struggle to get your deposit back

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)letting agency should accept a provisional driving licence as a bank or any other government agency accepts this so if you can not do that you should close down as a letting agent as Know Your Customer under financial law accepts provisional licence if the customer has no other means of photographic I.D, anyway this is going to everyone of you in the uk as they are all the same, mabe i should expand my business to cover this field as i know a lot of people in this situation and that is why their are lot of people who can not find a sub let as i call them

They manage to combine absolute professionalism with a very warm and friendly approach. Selling a home can be quite a stressful experience, and both Hamish and Amy were there to support and advise us, answering all our queries and keeping us fully updated from the beginning right through until completion, including organising the surveyor report and photographs. Once we were ‘live’ on the website we had viewings booked almost instantly and a sale agreed within a few weeks. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending the Perth office of Strutt and Parker to anyone wanting a smooth selling process with very personally tailored advice. Stephen provided such an excellent personal service - right from the initial marketing to completion of the sale. He kept me informed throughout and provided very helpful advice. It felt very different from dealing with a large corporate agency as I’ve done in the past and I would not hesitate to recommend Cullerton’s.
8th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)We used Harley's to sell our house and we were originally purchasing a house via them too. Yvonne is amazing - the customer service is absolutely second to none. I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.

In the time I have known her, her knowledge of the premium market, including unique and prestigious homes, is second to none. She understands what is required to sell a unique home in a way that I have not seen in many of her peers who seem to take more of a cookie cutter approach.<br><br>Professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marie and Wilson Property Group to anyone looking to sell a special property, or any property for that matter.
