He was great on the viewings too. Preena kept in regular contact throughout the whole sales process and was always on the end of the phone/email if needed, responding quickly too.

1st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. Excellent communication and very prompt responses to our calls.

28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)If I could give 10/5 I would! Everything was so easy, with communication being mostly via WhatsApp and nothing is out of their job description. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
