10th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.
19th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.
20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.

19th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)It is honestly the best company in Leicester their valuation was spot on and they had given me a valuation which was way more than I was expecting the communication was good and they had guided me to selling my property I would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone
9th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)They have been swift in getting the photos of the property and have everything advertised online. Viewings were scheduled with due notice and prospective buyers have been identified quite quickly.
27th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
20th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

He also introduced me to an excellent mortgage broker, Ian Marston, whose support throughout the mortgage process was invaluable.<br><br>Sarah was also wonderful and kept everything running smoothly. Throughout the group chat and the entire buying process, she kept everyone updated with any news from both my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience much easier.<br><br>The teamwork, professionalism, and excellent cooperation between everyone involved made the whole process smooth and efficient. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
