10th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

He got onto the advertising immediately using social media with professional photographs making our house look amazing! Within 6 days we had an offer! Darren kept us fully informed throughout our journey and went above and beyond. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed.
