19th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.

1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

29th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)For context my comments are as a buyer. After multiple previous bad experiences with other agents I didn't have very high hopes. However, Jack Brown couldn't have been anymore helpful. He answered my emails quickly, even when on holiday. He went out of his way to gain information that wasn't really his job to get. Met with me onsite multiple times and was generally very easy to deal with. I also met one of his other colleagues a while ago who was equally helpful and patient with my hundreds of questions. Sorry I don't remember your name. Credit to your business. ???? I'm sure Jack will be glad to see the back of me. Thanks again. To the "other agents" (You know who you are) you could learn a thing or two from TDB about customer service. I didn't name you as I'm a decent person. Answering the phone and your emails is what sells properties and gives people confidence in you. Honesty goes a long way.

He got onto the advertising immediately using social media with professional photographs making our house look amazing! Within 6 days we had an offer! My first contact was with their sales valuer Mike, I found him to be very polite and professional, and was even respectful and considerate enough to take his shoes off when visiting the property (yes, sometimes it really is the little things that help to make a difference!) It took a little longer than we hoped to sell the property although this was in no way due to any fault of Spencers, it was just the speed of properties in general selling in our particular area and my reluctance to lower the asking price! We sold the property for a fair price which was very close to the asking price. I can 100% recommend using Spencers in Wigston and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole process went very smoothly with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Thanks very much to the Spencers team, especially Mike, Jo, Georgina and Shaniya.
