We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

After three months on the market with another agent and no progress, I was starting to feel really disheartened. Sue came in like a whirlwind and had it done and dusted within a few weeks. From the very first meeting she gave me complete confidence that she’d get the job done and she absolutely did. She’s incredibly professional, her advice was spot on at every stage, and she simply knows how to sell. No fuss, no false promises, just results. The whole team was first class. If you want an agent who’s proactive, straight-talking and genuinely gets you moving, Sue is the one to call. I’m so grateful to her and the whole Adams & Jones team. Thank you!

20th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with! We would absolutely recommend Georgina to anyone. Thank you again ??????

My first contact was with their sales valuer Mike, I found him to be very polite and professional, and was even respectful and considerate enough to take his shoes off when visiting the property (yes, sometimes it really is the little things that help to make a difference!) It took a little longer than we hoped to sell the property although this was in no way due to any fault of Spencers, it was just the speed of properties in general selling in our particular area and my reluctance to lower the asking price! We sold the property for a fair price which was very close to the asking price. I can 100% recommend using Spencers in Wigston and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole process went very smoothly with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Thanks very much to the Spencers team, especially Mike, Jo, Georgina and Shaniya.
