7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Big thanks to the very efficient team at Savills Wilmslow. Found our beautiful home with them back in September and considering we were in a chained position, we were able to complete and move in by the end of January, right before going away on holiday. This was a major relief for us as it meant we were able to go away completely stress free from a pending move and were able to toast several times, throughly enjoying the holiday! Don't think it could have happened that way if it wasn't for the promptness and efficiency of the team, especially from Tamar. Will happily recommend and consider using them again in the future.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the selling process and Lee Shaw provided an excellent professional service. Keeping us fully informed and up to date of developments.I would use them again to sell our property.
3rd Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. If only more businesses provided such a wonderful service!

17th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)We used Bob parry as letting agents . From start to finish they were unprofessional to the point of rude . Unreliable, did nothing we paid them for from basic giving the tenants a copy of their contract and deposit information to refusing to pay the tenants back their deposit after they moved out. They constantly ignored emails , made a huge fuss about having to do viewing on weekends and then did not show up for viewers . Their communication was none existent . I have never ever worked with a company so blatantly useless . How do they even have any client base at all . We left as soon as we could and would never use them again even if they were marketing my dream home I just would not trust them . The amount of lies we were told , it was quite sad .

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

He even helped us to source our next home. Our house was marketed to such a high standard that it sold within a week. The photos and drone videos were amazing. We would definitely recommend Fine & Country- 18th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
