2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.
23rd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Wish you could choose your own star rating, we don't think 5 is enough. As soon as Andy came to do our sale valuation we knew we were using KW. Everything is 'discussed' with you, you are never talked down to like the other valuers we asked. We bought and sold with KW, and with one thing after another going wrong this hasn't been the easiest job they've ever done, but Andy and Caz always had a smile on their faces and an encouraging word. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. Very very highly recommended.

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!
20th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Our house sold to the first viewers within the first week of being marketed so we've only had limited contact with the Estate agents so far but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Polished marketing and a “boutique” label did not translate into the service or value we expected. The photographs and brochure were well presented, but our overall experience was disappointing. We trusted their initial pricing advice. Although the starting price was proposed as a short trial, the substantial reductions that followed and the eventual sale price left us questioning, in hindsight, the realism and quality of that advice. The eventual buyers first viewed through this agency. We ended their instruction without an offer having been secured through them, and another agent subsequently negotiated the sale and handled its progression to completion. Given the high fee, we expected much more from the advice, personal support and service provided. In our view, the fee was disproportionate to their contribution to the completed sale.
