Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

13th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Jonathan Howe was brilliant to work with—he’s extremely well-spoken and had excellent knowledge of the local area and properties here. The whole team provided outstanding communication, keeping me fully updated at every stage of the process. I worked with other estate agents before and it was a huge difference—they gave me very little feedback and the process felt impersonal and unprofessional. Urban & Rural were efficient, transparent, and genuinely dedicated to getting the best result. They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
